Verbatim CD-R 700MB 52X with Branded Surface - 100pk Spindle

This 100 CD-R, blank disc, spindle pack is made by Verbatim. Each disc can record 52 minutes of data in approximately one minute, this is the fastest speed made. The maximum storage capacity is 700MB with the total length of 80 minutes, that's a whole lot of music. These are non-printable CD-R discs, this just means these cd's are branded discs, and will usually have their manufacturer's logo on the top surface of the CD, (see picture) so you cannot laser print anything on top of the disc, titles, names or description's, but you can use a permanent marker. You can use them to back up, and store your PC files, you have plenty of storage for recording and sharing any combination of digital images. I do not like storing my pictures off in the clouds, so I use a lot of cd's for my storage. I also have a lot of mixed music to record for family members, everyone looks to me to keep them up on the latest songs, these cd's are just what I need to do that, the recorded music is crisp, and clear. I have a lot of recording disc, and occasionally in almost every batch, you come across a few that are defective, and will not record at all, that's when you use them for reflectors, and Frisbee's haha, so far I have not found any yet, but if I do, with 100 of them, it won't be a big loss. Verbatim is pretty popular, the majority of my disc are made by this company.

I recently ran across an LP made by my High School Band back in 1964. I got it digitized to MP3 but needed it on a CD. As soon as these Verbatim Disc arrived I burned a CD with my Laptop and it worked perfect. The sound quality is outstanding. Also the front surface of the Disc is easy to write on.

Verbatim CD-R disks are typically used for music playback on automobile CD players and portable legacy music players. I use these for audio playback in two of our three vehicles - a 2012 and a 2015. Newer models have dropped CD players in favor of integrated USB ports as our 2018 SUV has. That said, these disks are best used for MP3 or WMA music file recording as digital music uses much less file space with equally good sound quality. The older CD analog audio format uses up the entire disk for 10-12 songs. Seventy-five to 100 digital music files can be recorded on one 700 MB disk, that is, if the CD player supports digital playback. Most of them are stamped MP3 on the front. There are a number of programs (apps) that will perform this task on Windows, Mac, or Linux PCs. Here again the PC will have to be equipped with a CD/DVD burner or have a secondary CD/DVD burner connected to it. Newer PCs don't have them. I've used this brand for years and never had a problem unless it was some fault of my own. If your purpose is for video you'll need to use DVD disks because they have 4.7 GB for large video files. That's 6.7x the file space. You can't use DVD disks in music playback devices.

I like the Verbatim cd disc been using them for years. The spindle makes it easy and safe to store the Cds. I used some disc for dowloading my saved music on my computer as well as my boyfriends recored music, but you can use it for backing up files, and photos etc from your computer. Very handy to have especially if you don't like saving everything on the drive or cloud. Very easy to label each disk with a marker. They are very durable and even when strachted they play well i know from experience. Overall super awesome pack would definitely reccomend.

Each Verbatim CD-R from this 10 pack provides 80 minutes of audio. A disk holds 700 MB and allows you to burn up to 52-x speed. I was able to burn about 20 songs on one CD. This was easy to do from my phone to my computer by creating a file then burning the CD. I really like having CD's to play in my car. It is very convenient to put a CD in and my CD player will hold several CD's at a time, so I do not need sleeves or CD cases, either. Of course, if you have a PC you can burn CD's to play on the computer while checking emails, etc. I made my selections of songs to put in a file on the computer, and made sure I had under 80 minutes total and it was all set to burn. Because these are readable CD's, once you burn the CD with content for 80 minutes, you cannot make any changes to that CD. In other words, you cannot erase content and start over. That is why it is important to make a file with exactly what you want to include on a CD, and in the order, you want it to play as well. I use a permanent marker to easily label my CD, too.

Nice big pack of cds, they last me forever because I can put so much music on one disc. These come on a spindle with a lid making storage safe for the discs and convenient. I am not a techy person and cds have always been the easiest way for me to put music on to listen to in the car etc.

I received Verbatim CD-R 700MB 80 Minute 52x Recordable Blank Disc 100 Pack Spindle. I mainly used the cds to back up all of my photos. I liked how convenient it was to organize pics of my children, each on their own cd. I have not yet used them to burn music but that is my next task. I hope it goes as well as it did with the photos. Overall I like the cds and I do recommend.

I really like the Verbatim CD-R cds. I am all the time burning music cds with the latest southern gospel songs to listen to in my truck. I also like to make copys of my original music cds to put in my vehicle that way if it gets scratched or anything then I still have my original to make another copy. The sound quality was is good. As I turned up the volume I did not notice any distortion of the music. These disc burn at high or low burning speeds. These discs are also good for holding pictures. I was able to burn some pictures on these cds for my mom and she was able to open up the files without any problems. They will also hold your documents or just anything you need to put on a disc. I have used Verbatim products in the past. For storage of large medium and small files. The information I have stored on these discs have lasted for a long time. I have not yet had a bad disc from Verbatim. Using Verbatim cds is like listening to the original. These CDs are high quality without the high price. They are 80 minunte recording time. Verbatim's CD-Recordable media step a reliable way to store all your stuff from music to pictures to your documents and so much more, and they have a Limited Lifetime Warranty by Verbatim.

If you have a lot of digital images to record or music to upload or desktop files to store, this is a good CD. Works in most standard CD-ROM drives and CD players. These disc's are able to record at high drive speeds. The 10 pack is a good buy and I really like that I don't have to spend a lot of money on these when I have a ton of images to transfer from my computer. You can record a CD in less than 2 minutes using a 52x CD drive. I took my time with everything so I didn't test that out. For the price, these discs are a great buy!

The item was a good value for the price. However the CDs came all just thrown into a box. They had no protective coverings or anyhting holding them together. They all have scratches and fingerprints all over them. I would not recommend this item unless you want damaged CDs.
