Great way to instantly create real french fries!
This is what you need! Going back to REAL FOODS,this is a great healthy alternative to pre-blanched frozen fries.Very easy to use, the blades are very sharp and you can do raw potatoes into clean raw french fries, no chemicals added. And yes!Fry them in pure tallow! You will be amazed! without

A bit complicated to use and clean but easy and a blessing on arthritic hands. Potatoes, onions, cucumber, zucchini cut into strips only need crosswise slicing to cube.

Great french fry slicer!
It is so easy to use for awesome french fries. I wanted to try sweet potato fries, so I microwaved the sweet potato for 30 seconds and it easily pushed through.

easy fries
it is easy to use. seems well built. does not slide around when you use it . the blades are sharp. would be nice if it came apart easier to clean. the blades are held on with wing nuts and washers (which are small and can be dropped) but over all I like it. makes it easy to make fries

breaks easily
before the potato gets to the blade to be cut it gets stuck and you have to push down harder in order for the potato to be cut and the cutter broke
