Product came with no damage and was better than I expected! One person assembly with power tool. The cushions are perfect for the price you pay, but I did purchase some additional throw pillows as you feel like you sit quite far back and need just a bit more for support. I like the look of extra pillows anyway. I LOVE the swivel chairs, it allows me to see my yard from every vantage and keep an eye on my grandkids as they play. The couch is perfect to lay all the way straight out for me too! I would 💯% recommend this set. I also got my two area rugs from Walmart and the throw pillows. I have gotten so many compliments on it all! Even better is the set comes with covers and a table to store stuff in!

Very impressed with this set. Assembly took some time but with a bit of patience it went smoothly. The directions were clear and all parts were labeled and organized. The quality of the set far exceeded my expectations. Super comfortable and of great quality. The rain covers fit perfectly and the table makes for great storage.

The furniture is nice and roomy as well as pretty. However, the three pieces making up the couch dont attach to each other well so the backs always look a little wonky, def has to be against a to stay together. The storage coffee table is soft on top so that if anything heavy is placed on it creates a low spot n the material, it also holds eater so when opened yellow water drains out the back onto my tiles and outdoor carpet. I also only received one chair cover. Having covers was one of the reasons I chose this particular set. None of these flaws are deal breakers for me but disappointing and seem to be design flaws that shouldve been thought out.

The Price is Right, I'm very glad I didn't purchase this at full price, or we would be having a very different conversation. The quality of construction is not great. Although the weaved covering seems to be as good as expected the frames had several deformed places and a couple of fasteners missing. Nothing damaged in shipping just poorly made. The swivels for both rocking swivel chairs failed on the first day of use and the rocking motion is quite restricted. I have removed the swivels.

This set is nice, but beware it is not the greatest to put together. The swivel/rocker chairs are amazing and honestly easier to put together than the sofa. The legs on the sofa are poorly designed and the biggest pain. The hardware strips easily and is super cheap. we should have bought different hardware it might have gone together better. For 9 pieces it was a good value.. It is comfortable, jusr wish it was made better. Some holes did not line up and we were very careful to follow the instructions. Good thing it was on clearance Hopefully it holds up.

Upon installation of center table, I noticed that the hardware necessary was missing. And once finished with all of the other pieces, I realized that the two individual chairs and the individual table are missing their covers as well.

It doesn't fit together making impossible to put together.

The ottoman did not have the necessary holes drilled - we had to drill our own. And the furniture covers weren't right - they were supposed to send two individual chair covers and they didn't. I even contacted POTEBAN and they told me they'd send them, and they never did.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. We purchased this last September and it's been mostly covered except when it's being used - and the cushions are incredibly faded and discolored, the couches are coming apart, it's incredibly cheap quality. I would never ever recommend for anyone to buy this set.

Can't get the cushion out of the wicker if they shouted in there so hard so we can't put anything together
