So far, it’s great! Assembly was relatively simple with only a couple of minor details left out of directions. I had to undo and redo the sides since it didn’t specify to put the little opening on the side of the burner switch but other than that it was better than most directions. The finished unit is very nice and looks far more expensive than what it is. You won’t be disappointed in the way it looks. I was a little concerned about the glass after reading a few reviews but we’ve run it a few times and no problems with the shield or blue glass rocks. You have to push in the gas button on the side at same time as pushing the igniter (clicks) and Go Slow on the gas. It doesn’t take much and you may have to practice a few times to get the hang of what your unit needs. I don’t know how they can even sell these things without the glass shield. It’s very nice and a must! I googled to find out how to use/not use the metal lid with glass. It said “Do not use metal on top of glass” so we put the metal lid aside to save for warmer days. Definitely a good value! Very happy with this choice!

Very easy to assemble took maybe 30 minutes very nice took me min to figure out the ignition switch and how battery went in but I’m pleased with the pit

I love my outdoor fire pit table. It’s so beautiful and also generates heat. It’s great on my deck. Gives a peaceful space for sitting and having a glass of wine with friends and family, or just having peace to myself.

Great product. Designed and built much better than I anticipated. If you protect this outdoor gas fire pit using a weather proof cover while not in use, it should last for many years. I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift. She absolutely loves it! Assembly was straightforward. Anyone that can use a screwdriver, wrench, and hex keys can assemble this unit easily. One person assembly. You will need two people to move the unit safely once assembled.

The fire pit was very easy to put together, and overall I’m really happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, the tiles for the top arrived broken. I followed the directions and emailed the company about the issue. They responded the very next day, asked for a little information, and had replacement tiles shipped to me right away. I received them within two days. Great customer service and quick resolution. Make sure you follow the directions about letting the stones.

Very good quality and value for the price. One concern only is that the blue stones near the burner are cracking, popping and breaking. I may have to replace them with lava rock. Maybe you need to check with your supplier on the quality of the stones.

Heat from unit is great. Looks good. Easy assembly. Only one issue. One of the top ceramic tile pieces doesn’t fit correctly into the metal frame. All other pieces lay flush except for one. I’ve turned it different ways but it won’t fit flush with frame. Other than that it’s great !

After assembling, electric start did not turn the flame on. I checked the batteries, they were fine. Re-traced all assembly instructions. All done according to instructions. Contacted customer service, and was instructed to bring the fire pit to the store for refund. So now I have to hire someone to carry this fire pit off my deck and to my truck. Then get it into the store, to get a refund. When all I asked was for customer service to send the replacement for the electric start. I would not recommend this fire pit, from Walmart!

purchased 3 of them, and 1 was bent up so bad I cannot assemble it. The shipping box was fine and the glass and tiles were fine so the frame had to have been damaged before boxing. I cannot get an exchange so i have to return it and if I were to rebuy it, I would have to spend $50 more than I paid. Second one was damaged...had a broken pilot, so I had to custom order a piece to fix that so I could use it for the event I had this past weekend. The 3rd one was actually fine. I'm very disappointed that I didn't get 3 working units and can't even get a replacement without spending more. I contacted the manufacturer and got no response either.

This fire pit was delivered by Fed Ex and after opening the box the last piece was damaged. Wal-Mart would NOT replace this product. Was to be a early Christmas gift. wanted me to pack it back up and take to the post office. Would not offer any work around.
