Package came fast and undamaged. All parts were in the case. The instructions are vary vague and hardly pertained to my tool. I did research to figure a few things out so I'm sharing for those who may off had a bad experience or may experience some of the things I was able to fix with some help from the AI in the search engine. First both batteries wouldn't charge. The charger stayed green. When charging the battery is supposed to be red. I found a video that says to jump the battery with another battery using a wire on the - sides and when you see a spark the charger will be able to recognize the battery. I did it for both batteries and it worked twice. I have the same type of battery for another device. The jumping battery should be fully charged or use a power source that's strong enough to jump the battery with a wire on the and - side of the dead battery. You only need to apply it for a few seconds. I recommend watching a video on this if you have a battery issue. These products sit for a long time and they say they can go into protect mode. Finding this information saved me from doing a dispute. The next thing is this drill has a low and high speed which is not explained in my manual and it also has an auto stop feature that can be selected for nuts and bolts when removing to avoid stripping the bolt or it flying off. The low high and auto stop can be selected with the power button. The grip on the impact wrench is comfortable. I tested the wrench on my cars lug nut and it came off without a problem. I had the setting on high which is recommended for bolts. The low setting is for screws and other things. Once again do research. My cars bolt is at 80ft LB. I bought this to remove bolts from my car for some undercarriage work. The settings are important when you use it and make sure it's fully charged. The charging takes multiple hours initially. The wrench has 3 led lights in the front of the 1/2 inch drive.

Great tool works just like big main brands

The drill bits are cheap, but the drill seems to work great. Haven't used it much yet but it seems to be fine.

batteries did not work and tool is useless without working batteries and to get a refund I have to return it to a store even though I purchased it online. will not buy from Wal Mart again.

so many things is wrong about this Impact drill: there's no speed control (speed to high for a so called Impact drill no matter how I tried to softly press the trigger), drill bits broke/crunch moment trying to fix the door hinges I brought it for. the charger was cheaply made/design ( so light, plastic quality is not great). the drill itself build quality seems great except for battery since there's only two pin with no ground. I understand the product cost is little but c'mon a drill should never be this soft, very poorly performance with all those cons. so yh not a great product, I'm returning it ( you guys should use better steel for the drill bit.

Batteries don't last and die when not in use. Have used it twice and now it hasn't enough power to remove lug nuts. Too late for a refund and out the money for worthless trash.

I don't like this product because they don't have a power to open the tire so that's why I wanna return this product thanks you can you tell me please guys how I can return this?
