You a patent with a tween or early teen? You come home after a frustrating day at work of dealing with insanity to sit and relax in your favorite chair. You pick up the remote to catch up on that show you recorded on the DVR to only find out the remote doesn't work. Battery dead? Open up the back....NO BATTERIES! SON! In here, you follow the trail of drained batteries, chip bag, to find your 12 year old playing the Xbox like he had been there for days. I jumped on Walmart.com placed the order for this little jewel. Went down to my local store order that was ready in a few minutes. Picked it up with a pack of batteries and back to the house. The charger is easy to set up, you can easily tell when the controller is charged. The dual allows the little gamer to switch over to the other once one dies. I'm finally back to my remotes working. Thanks Walmart!

These are awesome. Charge very very well.

It works and the batteries hold their charge. But... You have to get the controllers just right or the battery pack doesn't make contact with the charger. I'm shocked that they couldn't come up with a better system that ensures that the battery will make contact. I guess its an issue with non-standard controllers needing to fit (though I don't know if they do). Either way, the whole design seems inferior to a lot of the old 360 chargers that were available. There is a completely needless spring mechanism where you can have it pushed down to charge or up to not charge. Why would anyone need that? It's just an added nuisance when it gets in "don't charge" position.

Held up longer than my controllers

Stopped working after about a year, charging docks don't like to sync to the Xbox One so usually you'll have an annoying pulsing glow anytime it de-syncs which for me was always. I bought a different brand and literally everything works better. This does look cooler though?

Does not “ charge “ both. Is it the battery and cover supplied ? One controller will not lock in and charge to give the led readout.

Bad circuits! I used this a few times before it just stopped working. I took it apart to see what the problem was and as you can see in the picture, the main power circuit is burnt to crap! terrible product.

Had the charger 3 months and one of the battery packs quit working and wouldn't take a charge. Contacted the company with no response back and passed the return time for Walmart. Definite waste of money!!!!!
