PowerA Spectra Infinity Enhanced Wired Controller for Xbox Series X|S

I've used this product for about 25 hours now and it has held up really well. I love how customizable the colors are so I can get the controller to match my PC and Corsair themes. No drift, the thumbsticks move smoothly and the entire controller is really comfortable to hold on to for long periods of time.

i like the controller but the rb button just quit working today don't know why it's my button that i use for my weapons and to assassinate the enemy's to it was working just fine today but it just quit working I'm going to order another one when I get paid on the third of September. i might order 2 more controllers just in case the other one quits working. y'all have a wonderful week..

I loved this controller when I had it but a few months in the trigger lock became stuck and snapped rendering the controller useless. The trigger became stuck in a touched position but couldn’t be fixed. I couldn’t find the receipt to exchange it in time but luckily Power A has a warranty that stays for about a year and I found my digital receipt. It’s worth a shot just for that reason alone but if you don’t even want to chance it maybe avoid a controller with trigger locks in the future.

PROS: -the vibration is very interactive. Rather than vibrating the whole controller only certain parts do. At least that what it felt like. -The customization of the LEDs is quite nice and the ability to turn it on or off is also a plus -Being able to customize the back paddles (if you could even call them that) was also very nice CONS: -controller would just randomly disconnect and reconnect. Wiped all my custom settings every time it did. -got stick drift not long after purchase -using restrictions on the triggers wears them down over time causing them to just break and not even register on button testing I would recommend this for very casual to light gaming. If you’re like me and play all the time it’s not worth it. It’s a great controller for the first like 2 ish months of continuous use but, like other third party Xbox controllers, it started to get stick drift. Pretty bad stick drift too I normally have the restrictive trigger setting on T2 - T3 but the other day my left trigger broke. I thought it was just the restriction of the trigger that broke but it won’t even register on button testing now. If you buy this, please buy the protection plan with it and keep the receipt to get it fixed or replaced.

Great feel, good price, does what it’s suppose to and more BUTTTT it breaks soooo fast. I use to only buy powera and they’d last at least a year of extensive use. The last 3 I’ve purchased get stick drift or trigger stick after just a 2-3 months (and no I don’t drop, hit, or throw them ever). The Allstate plan doesn’t qualify for replacement because of the manufacturer warranty, and the manufacturer takes months to send replacement (speaking from experience :))

In a month and a half the joy sticks developed excessive play in them and I have to increase the dead zone in games that allow it so the drift doesn't ruin my experience.

I had this controller for a month loved it told my friends to get one the whole 9 yards. The left trigger stop broke on me a couple days ago. I contacted customer service and I cant get a refund or an exchange because I took out a few screws to see what happened.

I order PowerA controllers all the time and this time Walmart sent me a damaged box with Scotch Tape over it, you can tell it was used so I was like okay red flag. Then I open the box and it’s literally missing the USB plug to plug it into my PC. You guys gave me a Used product with Missing Components I spent $45 for a brand new controller and I got sent something I can’t even use. What kind of quality control is going on over there this is infuriating when you waste so much money on something.

Breaks or has a horrible drift in under a month. I'm not hard on my controllers and I tried out 2 different ones. Both unusable after a month.

This is the second remote I've purchased, and both have broken within the first month of using them. I would never purchase this item again . To spend a couple extra dollars and go with OEM.
