Fast ship, product as described, plus a bit more. I thought the product had low, med, %26 hi settings, but it turned out that it has those settings plus various pulse settings. A pleasant surprize since I have a bad shoulder %26 a pulse setting really helps it a lot. Came with a nice draw string bag to keep it in when not on use. I read all reviews prior to ordering, so I checked the plug-in jack that some folks had trouble with. it was slightly misaligned with the plug-in hole, so I carefully nudged it back in alignment before plugging in. Charged fine %26 seemed to last quite a while. Still had lots of juice after 30 minutes. Recommendation? Carefully insert the jack when charging. Vibration %26 pulse are acceptable, not too light %26 not too hard either. Im happy with this product %26 and I feel like the purchase was a good one. *Required items needed to charge this device is a USB wall plug for the charging cord to plug into.*

i was sent the wrong one %26 tryd to talk to customer service %26 they gave me the wrong number to call .ive had this purple one b4 %26 it didn't work that is why i ordered this white one . bad service on both ends , welll i might have to go to Amazon for it .
This product didn't work when I got around to opening it for my dad. He uses these devices for his shoulders and legs. It also came in purple and that was not a requested color option. Maybe it did come in white but purple isn't a color I would have chosen.
Gosh. There's nothing in the vibration that reaches the knot. Such a mild vibration and not effective at all for my needs. So disappointed.
It stopped charging a week after I got it. Changed chargers and still nothing. I hate this
