To my surprise this is actually a really good weed eater. Starts right up,cuts good,easy to re string,easy to change attachments. Really good price,shipped and received super quick. I worked it hard 2 days straight right out of the package.It stood up to it great.

Nothing to dislike...everything to like. Best investment I have made in years concerning yard maintenance. Starts on two pulls. Very powerful. Love the added bonus of the brush cutter aspect of the item. Delivery was VERY accurate and little or no assembly.

I’ve only used it a handful of times, but I was more interested in the brush cutting blade then the weedeater the brush cutting blade does well on small brush, but not anything that’s bigger than your width in your pinky. I ended up buying a brush cutting blade that looks like a sawblade and it takes care of what I need. The weedeater is good value for your money and it’s done exactly what I have needed.

On, Thurs. 7/17, I began again shopping for a deal on either an Electric or Gas Weed Wacker to replace my 20 year old 17 in. Homelite Grass Trimmer.. On Mon. May 26th, I purchased a Hyper Touch 26 cc, 2 Cycle Gas String Trimmer in which I returned because it was not exactly what I was looking for to replace what I had. On Thurs. 7/17 I found what I had been looking for at a great price. Sat. 7/19, at 4:10 PM I received my new Weed Wacker via FedEx in a big box. On Monday morning 7/21, around 7:20AM I opened the box removing all of the parts and the owners manual. I thumbed through the owners manual before going to YouTube to find a tutorial on how to assemble my unit. Mon. 7/21, around noon time I begin assembling my Weed-Wacker. On Tues. 7/22, around 5pm I was able to start my unit easily using Walmart’s Supertech Gas / Oil in it. I was very impressed with how easy it was to crank it backup after shutting it off several times and the blade trim down the brush and edge my grass. Finally, some genius onlooker wrote in the comment section on the video I was watching that PowerSmart customers might want to consider purchasing an Echo brand Weed Wacker. I beg the differ after using my PowerSmart Weed Wacker for the first time . I would recommend a PowerSmart 2-Stroke, 4cc Gas String Trimmer Weed Wacker to anyone in the market for one for the money $$$$$.

Was not a problem to assemble or use. However, when we ran out of string we found it very difficult to reload the line so that it would feed. Couldn't find any information about whether or not preloaded wire spiels were available for purchase. So if we can't figure out how to get the liine to feed smoothly, this review will be seriously different.

I have a power smart 20 inch push mower that is Incredibly Perfect!! However, this edger is almost worthless to me. As other reviewers said it is heavy. But, More than heavy it's ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to get the spool or reel back on without a beefy man! I worked for 2 hours Trying to get the reel/spool back in and could not. I had a 30 year old very in shape young man try it he did eventually get it reattached but not without heck. I would not recommend this to a lady whatsoever. However it is powerful.

i brought this thinking i could do a little weedeating myself. first its a little heavy but the strap helps, second the pull string is to hard for me to pull. hopefully my friend will use it some maybe that will loosen it a bit. overall its a no go for me

This piece of junk is the most worthless thing I've ever purchased with my hard earned money not only can I not get a refund or replacement but the warranty phone number is just gone or not working so don't ever purchase this

The assembly was horrific! The directions didn’t accurately show how and where to assemble the hand grip! Mine pulled 2 of the 4 bolts through the plastic casing of the handle, basically giving me 2 of the 4 bolts as support. Handle moves/slides making using this product very difficult. I’m going to Menards to try and get bolts, washers, and a nut that will essentially rig this thing and it’s BRAND new! 1 star! Keith

When I started using the equipment I had to start it a few times because it kept stopping. Then the bar that supposed to be locked in place started moving around Everytime I was using it. I stopped and readjust it a few times. It was super hard to come out, which should have been easy to pull out. The bar has screw marks where it is turning while I am using it. It is constantly stopping because the top on the spark plug keeps coming off. I could not even cut my back yard because it kept stopping so many times. I tried to pull out the bar and see if I could put it back into it and it would so hard to release. It took my brother and myself awhile to get it loose. So, I worked on it which I should have not been doing special sence I just bought it brand new. It should not be shaking and making noise as well as not cutting like it supposed to be doing. I want a full refund.
