I am on my feet from between 8 & 16 hours per day. I have an extremely high arch that always caused me problems, but I had an office job so it didn't matter. Once I came into healthcare, and was on my feet all that time, it became a serious problem. I saw a podiatrist who recommended this brand, and I found the Pinnacle High insoles and it solved my issues. I literally don't have any foot back or hip pain anymore even after long shifts, even after 6 days of back to back shifts. That's why I have them on automatic shipments to keep them fresh because I work A LOT and need to be at my best.
I use these in my work out shoes and every day shoes. They work as well as my custom orthotics that cracked and broke a few years ago. They last about 6 months in my work out shoes. I do 30 min. HIIT 3 times a week. Then I switch them to my every day shoes for another 6 months before they no longer provide arch support.
I have very high arches and have recently started to experience heel pain when standing and walking. I've also had lower back pain for more than half my life (I'm 38) and a friend recommended this brand of insoles to me. It took about 2 days to get used to them but I felt an immediate change in my posture when using them. No more foot pain, and my lower back and hips can go lover before experiencing pain too! Great insoles for standing and walking. Thank you! :raised_hands:
I got my insoles a little over a month ago. Before these insoles the tops of my feet were killing me for months. It got to the point where even the smallest amount of time on my feet caused pain long after I was off them. But these insoles relieved that pain from the first few days wearing them. I waited a month to write the review to see if the relief was a fluke or going to last, and it has definitely lasted! I have extremely high arches - and my old insoles catered to that, but apparently did not have enough support to prevent supination. From day one I could feel a BIG difference in support from my old ones to these. And like I said, immediate results with my pain relief. The one thing I would say to be prepared for is the "adjustment period" (which I believe they mention). After day 1 of wearing them, my ENTIRE BODY ached. Your feet really do affect your entire body and how you stand/move, so all my muscles were sore adjusting to the new support. But nothing an aleve didn't help and it went away within a day or two. Definitely recommend! Especially if you have very high arches. It provides the extra support needed to prevent supination too just like it advertises!
My podiatrist recommended these insoles for my high arch, plantar fasciitis which cause significant heel pain. I was skeptical at first, but these Powerstep insoles work. I can walk on my feet all day at work then exercise later in the day and I have no pain. Luv these insoles!!
They were so stiff I wondered how they'd settle, after a week theyre formed very nicely to my foot with the arch holding strong. At first the change in the heel made the boot fit feel awkward, but quickly settled the heel cup to hold my foot nicely. I recommended them to my coworker, and will absolutely purchase again myself.
Finally I found arch supports that work for my narrow, high arched size 9 feet! Nice to finally have an alternative to expensive custom made orthotics. Thank you Power Step!
I've been going through a list of different insoles that I'm finding all over socialist media and out of what I purchased so far these are by far the best. I honestly don't remember ordering two pair but that's what I got. I got a pair of the pinnacles High, arch support and a pair of the hikers which are a little bit lower of support and I am not sure. which I like better some days I like the High, support and then other days the camouflage hikers feel like a glove. They're just amazing so yeah I'm pretty happy I only give four stars because the ones that were prescribed were the pinnacles high arch support but I find the camouflage ones for the most part more comfortable so. One star off because the recommendation may not have been accurate. Additionally, I've only been wearing them for how long has it been since I ordered these maybe two or three weeks? And I almost feel like there's a very good possibility that the High, arch supports may break in little bit and become my more favorite, but as it is now it's a real tossup with the camouflage hikers just edging out the pinnacle high arch by like a nose or a toenail. Let's say a toenail. lol. Oh, and PS I do have an extremely high arch.
The first pair I bought, not too sure if they were this exact pair, but they were powerstep brand. Purchased from a local store that is no longer open. They felt great! These new ones that I got from the online site, the ones I am writing this review on, do not feel great. It is weird because they are new and have the arch support, but they feel like they hurt my feet more than anything. Honestly feels like I just put my old ones back in. These new ones do not feel hard and firm like the ones I bought in the store. I may have to look at another brand because these powersteps do not feel like I expected them too.
I purchased these specifically for high arch support. While they are comfortable and cushioned, the arch profile was not high enough for me. After walking in them for over a week, they did not provide the lift necessary to relieve my pressure points. These might be good for medium arches, but they are not true high-arch support.
