I am happy with this countertop blender. The 2-in-1 design is convenient, and the large pitcher is great for making smoothies or blending for the whole family, while the to-go cup is perfect for quick use. It does such an amazing job of breaking down food and making them nice and creamy for smoothies! So far I have tried carrots, kale, spinach, frozen fruit, and ice and each time it does a wonderful job. The auto feature works like a charm - in fact it works so well I haven't had to use the manual dial at all although I did try those and they are nice too. Pulse feature is also great. And perhaps one of my favorite features is the cleaning setting! This makes it "fun" to clean up so my kids are now washing the containers after making their own smoothies so less dishes for me to do later - a win for sure! Highly recommend - best blender I have ever owned!

This blender's got serious power, but it's so quiet you'd think it was running on stealth mode. Easy to use, a breeze to clean, definitely one I'd recommend to anyone who blends like a boss.

I tested by making my favorite margaritas and cut through the ice with ease. It worked way better than I expected. I love the flexibility of use, blending, shredding cheese or slicing! Also like the size of processor bowl! Its amazing and sooo nice looking, looks great in the kitchen. I've been wanting one since forever! It is so easy cuz I can just interchange the bowls! I can easily chop vegetables or just make an easy juice or blend anything and have my to go cup in this one machine. It's so cool, I really like it. So easy to use, easy to clean and is not complicated to add the food processor to use it, I'm enjoying it a lot!

It's not the greatest blender, but it is not the worst. The speed doesn't seem to change much, so you dont know the benefits of what's written on the dial. I haven't tried the meat processing feature so i really cant say whether it choos it well or not. However, it blends fruit for smoothies well but the frozen fruits must be thawed until sot enough to not get the blades stuck ..It works, tho.

Received blender broken, brand new out of box. It appeared to just be a section of the lid - no big deal. Then as I continued unpacking the item the lid continued to break into more small pieces. I bought this on sale but this is supposed to be a decent blender no matter what the cost I paid was. Disappointed, was really looking forward to using this with the holidays coming up. I'm hopeful they'll just send a new lid but now I don't want to use it till my claim is complete.

I contacted customer service to request a return or replacement, but I was informed that this would not be possible. I find this very concerning, as the product is clearly defective and did not function as expected. It is very loud but doesn't do the job it's supposed to do. I put frozen bananas, yogurt and strawberries . It was not able to blend the frozen bananas. I tried making hummus on the smaller container. It gets all messed up. I am not sure how it would wash off on the long run. Therefore, I returned it.
