I got this set for my husband and he absolutely loves them! The bar is easy to hold and is not slippery at all which is a good thing when he sweats. I like the fact that the weights are rubber, he had nudged his toe and he said the pain would've been worse if they were metal. The price is amazing also! They are very durable, buy these, you will not regret it

I have been working out regularly on my exercise bike and treadmill, but I needed some help tightening my arms. These PRCTZ dumbbells are the perfect weight for me. I like that they have a hexagon shape. I can put them away on a shelf without the worry of them rolling. The rubber ends do a great job protecting my wood floors. I like they PRCTZ offers a wide range of sizes so that I can purchase heavier weights as I advance. Great quality and well made dumbbells at a nice price!

Most of the free weights I have owned in the past are entirely rubberized. So I thought metal handles would be uncomfortable, but I was wrong. Even after several sets of different exercises they never became uncomfortable for me. I also like that I can just set these down without worrying about them rolling away. Not that it was in question, but I did weigh the weights, and they are 8lbs each. I also like that they look a bit more like gym equipment instead of toys.

Finally found some 40 pound dumbbells I was looking for. Every place I've looked the dumbbells were overpriced for the amount of weight, So I'm certainly satisfied with these sets of dumbbells. The dumbbells came in on time and well packaged, safely and undamaged.

I love the design of these dumbbells. The Hexagonal rubber ends keep them from rolling away while you're working out. The non slip grips makes it easy for my small hands to grip the dumbbells, and keeps me from dropping them when my hands get sweaty. It also has a layer of rubber protection to prevent damage to my floor when I do them. Overall great product for a great price.

Walmart remains the price leader on items such as these dumbbells. A bit of patience and regular check-ins to see if stock is back and you'll have the fairest price during Covid-19 at home workout craze. Quality product. Excellent packing (see pic) 2-3 week turn around time (due to Texas warehouse being impacted by the weather/electricity issue).

These are awesome! Best Dumbbells I've ever used! Right off they were shipped so quickly and extremely well packaged. They do have a slight odor which is normal for new rubber, it will eventually go away. What I love about them is how they feel in your hands! The bars are shaped perfectly to feel comfortable when using. They also have the cuts in them that help have a better grip. The rubber coating is nice, keeps them from clanking and if you brush them against your skin while using it feels soft. If you slide them across a tiled floor the rubber will leave a mark though. I am a middle aged woman and the 8 lbs ones were perfect for me. I like to use them while I walk outside to give my arms a added workout. If you are looking for a good pair of Dumbbells I think you should give these a try first because I don't think you'd find much better, I highly recommend!

I have been needing some 8lb. weights for a while to add to my exercise room . An opportunity came my way to test some out and I wasn't disappointed. I love the fact that the ends of weights have rubber around the sides as to not scratch my floor .. The Hex shape made it easy for me to place on my shelf with out falling off . My youngest son just started to work out and these weights are perfect for him to lift . We hope to see some results in a few weeks . I definitely recommend these to anybody looking to start working out .

I got these for my 9 y.o. son. He struggles with outdoor activity in the summer months and wanted to work a little on building muscle. He has autism and ADHD, and muscle strength and tone has always been a struggle for him. He chose the 8 pound weights because it would challenge him and I felt this was a good place to start. The dumbbells themselves are sturdy and of great quality. The metal handles are riveted with a hex design to minimize slipping/ increase grip control which was important for my son. As was the rubber coating of the weights to minimize noise if (when) he drops them. As well, I use the dumbbells with my workout videos. They're a bit too heavy for cardio, but I am working up to it. For now, I use them for curls, shrugs, and fly exercises. I have larger hands for a female, and there is room to spare on the handles. Highly recommended for anyone trying to get their physical fitness back under control.

Nice weights for a great price. The new smell is awful though and lingered in our home for days. Smelt like cigarettes!! Finally had genius idea to set them on deck overnight on the 5th day and they aired out. Be mindful of smell but honestly its worth buying for the excellent price and fast delivery!
