I have only had the iPhone XR for a week, but so far everything is working as it should. I got the coral one and it is so pretty. It does have a couple of small scuffs on the corners, but not really noticeable once you have it in a case, even a clear case, which is what I have. 100% recommend this company, shipping was fast, no problems

was skeptical at first cause carrier assurance wireless is picky with phones and then phone was accepted by them as factory unlocked worked as stated works lioe new iphone , may have some dents or blemishes but works fine for 9year old phone . thank you will buy again from this seller factory unlocked phones

I really enjoy my xs max iPhone, I never go nowhere with my phone, yes I would recommend the xs max to anyone, easy to use , and understand very reliable

The camera doesn't work it's shakey and I can't take pictures I may need to call about it also the cost to repair that would be almost what I paid and the one bottom speaker doesnt work at all and my speaker period sounds terrible it cuts in and out when I'm on the phone I only have it for almost a week now

Sent phone back to be exchanged. Left hand side of screen has to be tapped multiple times before it does any command. Using the a key while typing is also a huge problem. Will update once I receive replacement.

Ordered 2 phones and both came in with heavy scratches so we got replacement phones... the replacements one has the same deep scratches and the other has a cracked screen... they tried to cover the scratches with screen protectors! Buyer beware!!!

Do not purchase. Sadly I just got this phone and only had it for three days and it keeps powering on and off constantly by itself where I can't even just turn it off . It instantly said “no storage” also . It came with no cracks looking very nice but obviously has many problems and now I'm going to have to return it when I really needed a needed phone . It's pathetic how ppl really sell you trash phones.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Got this phone and it was ok for the first month after it went down hill. It kept freezing and kicking me of my Apple ID which was super frustrating when I needed to download a new app. Then out of nowhere the screen just went black I could not force reset the phone or turn it off. I loss my picture and important information I had on my phone. I would never buy anything else from this company 👎🏾👎🏾

Horrible customer service received my phone and haveing problems with the program tried contacting them have heard nothing back got insurance through Walmart and they won't do anything either
