I really like this product. It does give me an energy boost. You will get used to it after a while and then will have to increase to 2 scoops. Where the rush doesn't come anymore, I feel focused and not sleepy/draggy. Have to recommend Blue Raz flavor. Tried the watermelon version and was not impressed. But the effect was the same.

I was thrilled when I opened the box and pulled out. this pot. Is very well made, heavy, not flimsy, and we planted some begonias in it and it looks gorgeous!
Tastes good, as the right combination of BCAA's with just enough caffeine.
I like this pre-workout. I usually work out first thing in the morning so need a little pick me up. It does the job. I also noticed that when I use this my muscles are not as sore after a good strength training workout.
They changed the flavor, it's not as good as it used to be!
