colour not as depicted. I needed a more charcoal grey for this to work in our lounge, as depicted, but no, it was really light Heather grey. this always makes me super mad. when you send basically a completely different colour. it also arrived flat and smashed outta shape. the back is all caved in and won't pouf out into a cat shape. it is flimsy too. no real padding. the cats haven't even looked at it. they aren't interested.

I never cease to be stunned at the poor (and counter-intuitive) means of packing done by Walmart's warehouses. They put a 12-pack of paper towels in a giant box with tons of airpods as if it were fragile, and this, they SMASH AND FOLD sideways and compress it as much as possible, wrapped in a too small mailer, with reams of tape around it, compressing it even further. Smh.
