Preen Organic Veg Garden Weed Preventer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this Preen product for two years and am very happy surprised with the results. I am located in NJ and grow a lot of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and lettuce. This product saves me hours of weeding. It is truly a remarkable product! I would tell any who has a garden or flower bed to definitely use this product.

Have continually used it in my vegetable garden to keep the weeds out of my rock type walkway. Beats taking a knife and pulling them out. Would prefer to not use a spray so this does the trick.

After having back surgery I needed help with weeding. Preen has been a life saver. Weeds are gone and my vegetables are thriving. I recommend Preen to be used early for a weed free garden. Thank you Preen.

Preen Weed Prevention is not fool proof but darn near . It helps cut down on the weed control when applied at the right intervals. I would be sorry if I did NOT use it .

I have used Preen in the past in my career as a horticulturist so when I decided to start using it in my vegetable garden I expected good results. I retired to Florida from Virginia where weeds give you some break from one season to the next. Not Florida. We have three seasons Dry season, Wet season and Hurricane season and the weeds are on go and steroids plus there are weeds here that are houseplants back in Va. Sometimes when its quite I know I can hear the weeds growing or at lasting laughing.I am glad I started using Preen because I would not stand a chance of raising a garden here in Florida. Performs like an old friend.

My mother in law had a nice vegetable garden and told me she always used Preen. That year I purchased the handy yellow easy poor container. Before planting my vegetables I added it to my garden. I soon noticed not having the usual weeds all over. Much easier to maintain. I am extra happy with the organic choice of weed preventer, now more comfortable reapplying throughout summer to my garden. My tomatoes are perfect along with healthy cantelope this year, which is difficult to grow in Minnesota.

This product is sold as organic. It clearly shows a picture of the label which says organic - but the product you receive the label says natural. I called preen they don't make an organic product. This is corn gluten meal. I paid $43 for this container - quite a bit more because I thought it was organic. What a bait and switch.

I bought 2 of these to get me through the summer. I hand picked 1200 sq ft of weeds and followed directions to the letter. 3wks later I have more weeds than I started with. I never expect any product to eliminate weeds but was hoping that this would at least cut down the weeds. So disappointed.
