Premium Exercise Bike Assembly (for items $300 and up)

Edgar did our exercise machine. Very professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable.

One hour before the scheduled time for installation, I got an email saying they are rescheduling. The next scheduled appointment, the same thing happened. They did it again!!! This was through Angies list. I asked for a refund for the installtion and it has been 7 days and I still don't see the credit on my credit card. I doubt there will be any followup.

The day before the work was scheduled to be done, an Angi "pro" called me and said that he is booked and cannot do the work and for me to cancel with Angi and he can do it later and I can pay him directly. I contacted Angi and was told that two "pros" had accepted the job but both backed out on their own and for me to wait for them to find someone else. I told them that I had scheduled this work a week ago and no long wanted to wait and Angi told me that they only post the job and wait to see who is going to accept the job and they have no control of who or when.

The bike was assembled with a part put in upside down and wouldn't work properly. I had to call the manufacturer who sent out a professional who knew what he was doing. Two new parts had to be ordered and put in by the manufacturers pro. Make sure you register your bike so everything was covered. Angie's people charged me over 150.00 dollars to literally ruin the bike.

Battered packages (looked like open box sale despite purchasing totally new, unopened equipment), delayed delivery, assembly purchased but not provided (eventually refunded, If purchasing, purchase from local physical store and arrange for delivery and assembly through the local store. Do not purchase through Walmart. Actual seller, via Walmart, was Teeter.

The assembly is scheduled through Angi. They give you a time and set you up with service person. We had no communication prior to the appointment time. Just a name and a phone number that did not work. The person never showed up, claimed we were not home and cancelled the appointment. We were charged full price and are still fighting to get a refund. The whole thing seemed sketchy. The person that claimed he came had a different name than was originally sent to us. Also a second random guy showed up at the door that we had no knowledge of. By that time the appointment was already cancelled so he could do nothing. This appointment was also scheduled after dark which also added to the uneasy feeling about this whole thing.

I assembled the bike myself 3 days ago I got the bike in the mail early

The bike does not work and they are not coming to pick it up. They are giving me the run around. Still need help

ANGI REPEATEDLY RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS SO WE RETURNED THE BIKE. DO NOT USE ANGI !!!!!!
