Well, I had went ahead and bought this, even tho it's not winter time yet and was summer, but so far, it seems comfortable, quality's good, and fits good. Maybe fits a little bigger than what my size usually is but it's good! Always keep looking for better quality but other than that, it's good.

Our crew love the warmth and comfort of the jack. The sleeve length fits all sizes and the closure is secure.

This jacket did come with a particular fishy smell that I couldn't wash out but after use and sweat absorbing in it the smell still stays

My husband works outside even when it's cold or rainy and he liked this jacket so much he made me buy him another one. He said no rain got in and its airtight so did not feel the cold wind blowing through it.

I walk my dogs in the early morning, when it gets cold outside I need a warm reflective jacket. This is perfect, fit is very comfortable and very reflective. Will buy again when this one wears out.

Overall its a pretty good jacket. i wouldn't describe it as a parka but with only one other long sleeve shirt i was reasonably warm in 10F weather. I think this is mostly because the jacket is a bit puffy and rigid and ends up away from the body. the elastic waist seems a bit helpful to lock in heat but might hike up when moving your arms in full motion. I could see why a longer winter version might be better than this one. it has a bomber jacket type fit rather than a coat. the detachable hood is nice though it seems a tad short (could project a bit more like a hat). also i think a dedicated pocket for the hood would be helpful, even if its just a larger square pocket on the chest. the hand pockets are way too small and only enough to put your hands, not really for storing a bulky hat or gloves at all. sleeves were fine for me and also have an elastic part.

The size is bigger than expected, but the biggest issue is that it arrived with a pungent fishy odor. I have no idea why anything made of fabric could ever smell that bad. The delivery was pretty quick though, so at least I have time to find a replacement before Christmas.

Go up a full size. It runs small. Not true to size.
