Prep Solutions Stainless Steel Fine Grater And Zester

Based on my many years of experience, it is by far the best lemon zester and best ginger grater. I was so very pleased to find this particular product online because I could not find one at Walmart stores in Los Angeles and Germantown for the past few years.

I've had 2 of these now. they work great so fast and convenient.

I ordered this for my daughter's house when I was there and when I used it it worked so well I just ordered one from my house is absolutely fantastic I love it

My husband loves this baby! We got this because we had a subscription for food every week and really needed something for the lemon or lime zesting. Works great.

Love the shorter design as opposed to the long grater/zesters. The handy plactic cover catches the zest so it's not flying everywhere. Thumbs up from me!

This grater works very well and is definitely sharp so be careful. I love that it comes with the plastic cover so that when it's not in use you can keep your fingers protected. It's good quality and seems to be very durable.

purchased to grate hard cheeses for cheese crisps. worked well but is probably better suited for zesting and not hard cheese shredding!

This grater has sharp rectangles instead of the sharp scoops seen in regular graters. The handle is comfortable, but it's awkward to zest lemons. The lemon zest clumps on the back of the grater instead of falling into the mixing bowl, and because of the grating shape, it's hard to push the zest clumps off of the grater. Awkward to clean by hand too. Not sure if it's more convenient than my box grater, this one makes it more tedious to grate lemons. I wouldn't buy this again.
