I could not believe I could not figure this out but I googled "How to open Totable Wipes" because I had to use scissors on the first one I opened and could not imagine it not being easier. Then I noticed the instructions located on the left sid of the front of the package. They state as follows, "TO OPEN FOLD BACK ON DOTTED LINE.TEAR ON ARROW OR USE SCISSORS." There is a small rectangular hole at the arrow and when folded back as instructed the package tears open easily. I'm glad I'm not the only package challenged person. The wipes work great and now I can open without resorting to explosives.

I bought these for the first time a few weeks ago, I love them, they work wonderfully for me (witch hazel). I had no trouble opening the package and love the ease of disposal.

Just tried these for the first time, and the relief was instant! For all complaints of the packaging; the instructions for opening are written on the front. You bend on the dotted line and rip as you normally would. Great product!

The price was right for the amount

Any time I have any issues this is a wipe I always trust. It cools, soothes and comforts as well. They are an easy to use flushable wipe. They are inexpensive and can be bought in stores and online.

The last time I ordered these they came in a box. This time they were loose inside of a flimsy bag. Definitely the wrong way of packaging this type of material. They could have been punctured or ripped (and they contain alcohol which would evaporate).
