PrepSolutions Multi-Purpose Mandolin Slicer Set

We love this slicer! We got it primarily for potatoes since we like to make our own fries and chips and it is perfect for this. It is easy to clean, easy to put together, and very sharp even after several uses. It is something I can quickly grab to slice fresh produce for my toddler at lunch. Wonderful product!

I julienned green and yellow squash in a jiffy. Also sliced onions and tomatoes. This is a real time saver. I couldn't have done nearly as good by hand. A word of caution -- don't use the slicer without the veggie holder. The blades are very sharp and the slicing goes very quickly. It would be easy to slice off the tips of your fingers if you aren't paying close attention.

I found this to be a great value. It took me a couple of swipes to realize how to align the "pusher", but once I did, I found it amazingly easy to use. The slicer was just a little shorter than the space between bowl walls, but I managed to find a way to position it so it worked fine. I had originally planned to buy a "shooter" but they were not in stock anywhere near me, so I opted for this as Plan B and it worked just fine. I sliced potatoes for drying...

When ordering this slicer we weren't sure if it would be very good since it was priced so low. Boy were we surprised!! It is an excellent multi-produce slicer and because we are very carb conscious it is used often. Slices vegetables in half the time it used to take; makes great vegetable spaghetti. We would recommend this to anyone that wants a slicer.

was looking for a product that would make Julienne slices of Zucchini and other vegetables to use like spaghetti. This product does a great job and is easy to use. The price is very reasonable also. Be careful though, the blades are very sharp.

I love using a mandolin to slice my carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes and more. I'm so happy this one has a finger guard because I am very klutzy. Loving that it has 4 cutting options: thin and thick julienne and thin and thick slices. I like how all the blades conveniently store underneath

There are two styles of slicing, and two types of thickness this produce slicer has. The blades are extremely sharp. You must pay close attention to the hand held device that holds the object you're slicing. If you continue slicing too far you could slice a piece of the plastic. Instead of taking 30-40 minutes to thinly slice potatoes, it only takes me 2-3 minutes. And more importantly, my slices are uniformed. I no longer have thick slices, thin slices, and odd shaped slices. I would recommend this product.

Didn't expect this to be the best on the market because it was the cheapest one I could find! Overall satisfied with it. Slices cucumbers, squash, and other soft foods easily but had a bit of trouble making sweet potatoes into French fries. Not impossible, but difficult. Would buy again.

Works well on potatoes and carrots. Can't wait to make vegetable soup so I can use it on other veggies.
