Santa got this for my 6yr and she was sooo amazed by it. Super easy instructions and unlike hatchimals this doggy takes about 2 minutes to rip the box open. It opens it making it look like it opened it with the paws. Fun to watch very recommended. Only dislike is that it doesnt have a volume switch.. Its pretty loud!

Favorite toy of the year. Had to purchase another recently for a birthday. Box opening is their favorite part: lots of high pitched squeals and screams from kids. Daughters carry around the pets everywhere Not sure why, but after a few months (even with replacing batteries), pet is not as lively/loud as before. But my children are rough on toys.

4 stars because I wish we could've chosen the dog that we wanted. for spending 40 dollars on something like this I would've liked to have gotten the one we were hoping for.

Every mother dreads those certain toys that just wont stop making noise and this is it. dont get me wrong its adorable my daughter loves it but I literally had to take the batteries out before I lost my mind from all the barking.

Didn't work very long, but good customer service sent a replacement. 3 year old daughter didn't stay interested in it.

very cute box . the opening was exciting to see the pup break out herself. downside there is a tear in fur on her head. my daughter was excited but plays with it off and on. price is to pricy.

The puppy lost its appeal soon after it busted out of the box. The reveal was the best part but after finding the color and playing with it for a few minutes, it was discarded for another toy.

Box was damaged when received. Dog could not unbox itself, which is the MAIN point! That was disappointing. Also the dogs head had a rip in it. ‍️I wish I had just gone with my 1st instinct and got my daughter the Dog made by Barbie for her birthday (which would have been cheaper).

Picked up and the box was completely destroyed which is part of the fun. How could the employees see this and think it was acceptable. Very unhappy and all they want me to do is return it! I would have no problem returning it if they could give me a replacement with the box in tact but they dont even have a number to call to speak to an actual person. Very disappointed
