EASY Install
Just installed 2 of these and will be buying more. Whoever came up with the idea of using a flat head rather than hex head to screw it to the mounting bracket, should be CEO of the company. I've installed various units with the hex heads and to say that they are a pain would be an understatement. This unit installs easily, quickly and looks good.

Great value, great product.
I just renovated our master bathroom. Used sink and bath faucets, robe hooks and towel rack. Excellent product. I might add that the bathroom renovation project replaced Moen faucets and fixtures that had been in service for 32 years.

Beautiful finish on product
This is the second bathroom remodel. I chose the brushed nickel rather than chrome this time. Glad I did. Just beautiful!

Item was not new
The hook is in good condition. There was no mounting bracket or hardware included. Obviously, this was a previously returned item
