When my knee began bothering me my friend suggested this pill which helped his knee. So I decided to try it. It seemed to help me, but I wasn't sure if it was all in my head. I stopped taking the pills and realized that it really was helping the pain in my knee. It is a little pricey though.

I liked the serving size: 2 capsules a day, with 5 ingredent. %231 : Eggshell Membrane. %232: chicken collagen type II . %233:Boswellia Serrato.%234: Astaxanthin %235 : Hyaluronic Acid. That all your need for joint support.

This is an excellent product

It may be too soon to tell but my joints don't seem as stiff. Easy to swallow and doesn't repeat on me.

This is a good general supplement with the added benefit of improving joint health and normal function. Patience is required, as it takes 2-3 weeks to begin feeling the healing effects. I ultimately chose this brand and purchased from Walmart not only because of the 2 for 1 deal, but also because of the quality ingredients (which include Collagen, Turmeric, Boswellia, and Magnesium).

This is my first time using this product. I still have joint pain in my left knee but it doesn't hurt as much after taking this product. It does have an after taste. I am giving it a chance.

DON'T like the high(er) price compared to other joint pills. don't yet feel any improvement compared to other pills.
