Love it! I started taking it because I have really thin nails and I was loosing a lor of hair and after 3 weeks I have more energy and it has reduce my hair lost as well

Most comprehensive ingredients vs other brands
Packaging and delivery GREAT! The amt of the origin of the contents are more complete than any other brand. My medical background compelled me to do the research on other brands and comparisons. This is my 3rd time ordering.

Efficient
I dont like having to take 4 giant pills daily but the benefits are highly worth it. I can tell a difference in my skin, hair, annd joints when im taking these vs not.

I haven't taken this brand long enough to be truthful. I can say, it's very convient to have the capsule and this brand doesn't hurt my stomach.

Overall product is ok
I usually purchase this directly through the actual company or Walmart. This time around I did not realize Walmart was selling through a 3rd party seller. Overall the product is good and I like it but the bottle this seller sent me no longer had the expiration date on it. Looks like it faded so I have no idea if these are still good or not. Had to ask for a refund.
