It has helped alleviate knee pain as well as strengthening my skin. I truly believe everyone should use collagen peptides for support as we age!

This is the only collagen powder that does not cause bloat for me. I have been using it for about six months and love it!

I've had some health issues over the last several years, and my hair has really taken a hit, especially in 2025. It was to the point that I considered just shaving my head because it was so bad. In January 2026, I started using this collagen powder in my kale smoothies every morning. I've been doing this every day since then. It took about 4-6 weeks to really notice a difference. Because the portion you use is half of my "usual" brand's amount, I save money. And it mixes very well too. I checked the ingredients and nutritional amounts of both and this brand covers the same but in a smaller daily amount.

I have only been using for a couple of months, but have started to notice a difference in my finger nails. It dissolves well in cold or hot beverages, don't notice any flavor change except in a week tea but the change is so slight that it doesn't bother me at all.

Not happy with this at all. Its listed as unflavored but has a nasty fish like taste and it DOES NOT mix easily into your favorite drink. It leaves lumps and you have to mix into a foam appears which is nasty tasting. I wish I could get a refund on this because it was a waste of $30!
