I am disappointed the water bottle didn't come with a cap to fit the dispenser. It is difficult to put the bottle on the dispenser with water in it. Water spills before it is positioned on the dispenser. I have searched for a cap online and have yet to find one.

The cool temperature description is a little misleading. The water temperature is room temperature. Other than that, it's exactly as described.

Before we bought this we were hesitant because of the reviews but we tried it anyway because we know we could return it if it was actually not worth it. However, for the price it definitely is. There was one review here that says it works best if you take off the whole cap instead of piercing a hole on the foam cap. I put a four star because you do have to do that if you want constant flow of water without it stopping and being so slow of water flow. The only issue with that is possible spillage of water if you take of the full cap, but there are ways to grt around that if you search online.

I like this particular item the only issue I had was that the water for the first 3 gallons tasted like plastic even though I cleaned the inside of the item out with dish detergent and hot water. I cycled the water through the system at least three or four times before using it and the water still tasted like plastic. It wasn't the water in the bottle either because it tasted fine.

I must be missing something. Why do I constantly have to bang and shake the bottle to get it to dispense the water!! Take this back to the drawing board!

The water comes out slow giving you only 1/4 cup each time. If one person pulls the water bottle towards them (tilts it) and then another pushes the button you will have good flow but that gets old getting water that way.

You, Walmart, advertise a certain model of dispenser, but apparently (from my personal experience %26 other customers who also gave you a horrible rating), continue to send the wrong one %26/or a disappointing “substitute”.

I bought this water dispenser advertised, but Walmart delivered another dispenser not the one in the picture. the dispenser that was delivered was ugly, cheap looking, something i wouldn't purchase in the first place. SHAME ON YOU WALMART for falsely advertised something you can't deliver. wasting my time, money, and sanity because this happens more often than not.

Brought this so my kids could stop wasting water bottles and just get what they needed. It did its job for 2.5 months before it started messing up. Now it won't let air in at all and causes all the water to leak out. Just walked in the kitchen at 4am to a floor and counter full of water.
