Primo® Water Dispenser Top Loading, Hot/Cold Temperature, White

Can't beat it for the price! I was so tired of buying water bottles every week!. I researched several and decided on this one based on price and reviews. It is just what I expected.... Water is cold! Haven't tried the hot water..... Have only had this for 3 weeks but am very satisfied. I bought the empty 5 gallon bottle at walmart for $5.00 and fill it up for 75 cents! My kids love having cold water available all the time! It's super easy to set up and once you get the hang of it putting the water bottle is a piece of cake!

I love this dispenser. It saves money because I don't have any rental fees. The cold water is indeed cold and the hot water is hot enough for tea or hot chocolate. The unit itself is very quiet and small enough so it doesn't take up too much space. I will say I had some difficulty turning it on as the instructions say to merely plug it in. There are two switches in the back that need to be turned off and then on to get the unit to cool/heat. This is a great value for the money and I would highly recommend purchasing one.

We replaced our 20-plus-y-o hot/cold water dispenser with this one. The ratings were my guide in the choice. It's easier to load the 5-gallon water bottles on this one. And (so far) it has been reliable for both the hot and cold function. If it lasts half as long as the old one, it's a bargain -- the price was very good. Thanks, Walmart!

We got this about two weeks ago and we love it. The water is super cold and the hot water is great to make tea or cup-a-noodle soup. It is top heavy so make sure you installed the wall brace so it does not tip over. We have a toddler so it was a mush for us. Unfortunately the bottle that Walmart recommended during checkout does not work well with this unit. The screw on cap one. We got water all over the floor trying to get it on the dispenser and we lost 25% of the water.

Had a delivery service for 14 years and decided my money could be better spent elsewhere so I decided to purchase a cooler and get my own water jugs. This cooler is more compact and quieter than the one from the service company and in 3 months I will have recouped my money. Recommend to anyone.

I HAD PURCHASED A DIFFERENT BRAND OF WATER COOLER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WAS NEARLY DOUBLE THE PRICE. IT HAD TO BE CLEANED OUT BEFORE USE WHICH WAS A LABORIOUS PROCESS AND EACH TIME A NEW BOTTLE WAS USED, FIVE CUPS OF WATER HAD TO BE EMPTIED. AFTER TWO OF THESE WATER COOLERS ARRIVED IN NON-WORKING CONDITION, I WENT TO THIS ONE. IT IS A VERY SIMPLE PROCESS TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING AND IT WORKS WONDERFULLY WITH VERY COLD AND VERY HOT WATER! I AM DELIGHTED AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY!

Nice and clean lil water dispenser! Has a hot and cold switch in back so you can decide if you want to have it dispense hot and cold or just hot or just cold or neither! I use the 3gallon but holds up to 5gal. The only thing you need to make sure of is you get the special caps for the bottles bc they don't come with them. They need to be those silicone/rubber caps with the hole in the middle- I found a 5pk at Amazon for like $5. But when you get your bottles you cannot just flip it over and put it on the dispenser like the others. You HAVE to have those special rubber caps for the bottles. I didn't know that so I had to wait another couple days for mine to deliver. So hopefully this will save someone the slight annoyance of that. Order the caps at the same time as the dispenser! 😁 otherwise, it's a nice lil dispenser for $100! Bought the extended warranty too. Just in case. 🤷‍♀️ All in all - I give it a 4 1/2 stars.

We were sad to see our previous water dispenser (Black & Decker) start to leak but were happy to be able to replace it with this model. We like its fast flow and quiet cooling & heating operation (the prior one was a little loud). We also like the child-proof hot water control because we have a toddler at home. A couple concerns. The metal tray may start to rust. The top loader has a probe for sealed bottles but we refill bottles so it's easier to spill when replacing the bottle. The distance between the spouts and tray is a little narrower than the B & D model so our favorite water bottles are harder to fit.

The first one we ordered arrived with a noticeable crack in the base. Walmart shipped another one that had a small crack on the bottom skirting. We decided to keep it since it wasn't too noticeable. The second unit we received was noisier than the first one. We didn't want to try for #3 so are putting up with it. It cost slightly more than an annual lease with our previous provider, so value was good. I hope it lasts for more than a year. It dispenses cold and hot water and has worked well so far.

This item leaks, I became suspicious when i noticed the fil up tray had some water but assumed my family spilt some, today I got to see it myself the hot water side leaking, and it’s conveniently past the return date- would not recommend, spent over a hundred dollars for a defective item
