Primo® Water Dispenser Top Loading, Hot/Cold Temperature, White

I was replacing the exact same model that I had bought several years ago at Walmart at a discounted price at the end of the Christmas season. After a lot of use, I think that some of the inside seals were failing %26 the unit started leaking large amounts of water. I chose to buy the same model again because the price was still reasonable compared to other brands. I also chose to buy it from Walmart because the unit was in stock so I was able the order it one day %26 pick it up the next day.

Very convenient and easy to assemble comes with coupons too! Love my purchase because I have hot and cold water ready to go. You also have the option to turn on and off the hot water and cold water which I appreciate.

Decided to get bottom load dispenser, same brand. Thus no fault except decision to get bottom load dispenser, refunded this. It was a no questions asked, easy full. refund process

easy-to-use and put togeter. arrived with no complaints. delivery was received at my mailbox intact. love the added descret protection hot water tab safery for kids. the only downside was the color white. i wish it came in other colors than white. works right out of the box with no issue's. water is very cold after like 30mins. Hot was too was used this morning for tea. i will definitely recommend.

I love this water dispensary. It's better than the last one I had last one was big and bulky took up a lot of space this one here is just perfect. It's square so it will fit in the corner and I love it. The water comes out so fast you don't have to sit and wait for it to trickle like my old one, but it was old so it was time to have a new one and I recommend this one. It is awesome.

I like that I can turn the hot 🔥 water switch off in the back . Incase my grandchildren get curious and want to press the red button.. It will only come out room temperature. So I appreciate the SAFETY ...

We were sad to see our previous water dispenser (Black & Decker) start to leak but were happy to be able to replace it with this model. We like its fast flow and quiet cooling & heating operation (the prior one was a little loud). We also like the child-proof hot water control because we have a toddler at home. A couple concerns. The metal tray may start to rust. The top loader has a probe for sealed bottles but we refill bottles so it's easier to spill when replacing the bottle. The distance between the spouts and tray is a little narrower than the B & D model so our favorite water bottles are harder to fit.

I have had this product for over a month maybe two months and already it not cooling. The green light does not turn on, But the switch is turned on. I didn't expect to be having any problems but here we are. I do not want to be dealing with this. I paid good money for water dispenser so for it to be faulty is bad business I don't have the box it came in so how can I return this and replace it for another water dispenser?

This product is likely great overall but I was sold a restocked defective or broken unit where the cold water button did not work to dispense any water at all. I ended up returning it and getting the bottom loading unit

I would not recommend buying this machine, based on my experience. After a week the cold water spout emptied 5 gallons of water onto my kitchen floor. The button was not stuck. Thankfully I was in the room when it happened. But my floors have never been cleaner.
