Four stars instead of 5 because of the absurdly short cord. Other than that, it's great. I received it 2 days after ordering. It took 2 minutes to unpack and assemble. I put water in the drip pan and grilled some shrimp, which tasted great by the way. Clean-up could not have been any easier. The grill part and drip pan went into the dishwasher, on light wash and look like new. It's so easy,I plan on using it often.

This is the perfect indoor grill Ive been looking for! Meat tasted just like it was grilled from gas grill or charcoal!! It even leaves a grill marks!! I highly recommend this!!!

This product has exceeded my expectations!! It adds grill lines and flavor to your food. Easy to clean. Cooking speed is decent. Definitely worth the purchase

This is the only indoor grill I have found that the grid is the heating element. Breaks down for easy clean up. My only complaint is it could be a little wider, you can get 6 hamburgers on it. The grill produces very little smoke and closing the lid stops splatter and reduces any smoke it does make. I have COPD and can't grill on outside grills anymore, this was a great alternative.

I can't say enough about this product-I wanted a grill for that wonderful flavor but I live in an apartment and did not want to have to transport a grill up and down stairs. I purchased a large George Foreman grill (and returned it). I was not happy with the food flavor (no different than cooking something in a skillet) and it tripped my circuit breaker each time I used it, plus it was difficult to clean. This one is PERFECT! The grill itself, having the "open grate", makes all the difference--it provides spectacular grilled flavor. There is a small section on the right that is not open to the bottom and you can place veggies on it so they don't fall through. It is a SNAP to clean-everything comes apart so quickly and easily. I love how it has the dual temperature controls: low to high OR oven-like temperature controls and it preheats quickly. I have used it almost every day since I purchased it. I could not be more pleased! Don't waste money on the other kinds-if you want grilled flavor on an indoor, portable grill, this is your solution.

I really like this grill. It actually grills the food instead of steaming it, like so many of the so called grills do. Hamburger, brats, chicken, etc. Everything I have grilled on it has cooked perfectly. Doesn't smoke up and cause the fire alarm to go off. Easy to clean.

This is a pretty nice little grill. Great for a couple of burgers, chicken strips, steaks or whatever for two or three people. Heats up fairly fast. Comes apart quickly for easy cleaning. I am giving it 4 stars because after a few uses the plastic drip tray is a little warped. Performance is not affected to date though - am hoping this does not worsen over time This grill is convenient for winter grillers like me who don't want to brave the cold. Doesn't take up a whole lot of room, easy to store. I would recommend this grill.

Since I am on special diet now I was looking for an appliance that was easy to use and easy to clean. I have gone through 3 Foreman grills and the surface doesn't hold up well to scrubbing and since they plates were not removable, it was a pain to clean. This works well and cleans up easily.

I own this grill already. After using it on a daily basis I realized this grill is truly a time saver but also performs as well as any out door gas grill. Perfect for grilling meats of all kind. And vegetables that are grilled to perfection . Easy to clean and stores neatly on my kitchen counter. I decided I need to buy another for my Daughter.

Our old George Foreman grill finally had to be replaced. I looked at several different grills on the web. I wanted one with a big grease catcher and one that had removable plates for easier cleaner. Saw this one and read all the reviews and thought I would try it. So far, I am very pleased with it. The food is done the way we want. The grease catcher is easily removable and cleaned and the plate is much easier to clean. I haven't even put it in the dishwasher yet. I am soaking it in warm water and then cleaning it. I also like the footprint of the item. Takes up much less space on the counter and the dial for setting different temperatures is a plus. When I first saw it, it was a little lower in price, but of course I waited. Paid a little more but so far it has been a good investment.
