Wonderful item. I'm getting another one for a wedding gift. Easy to clean. Made great steak burgers 4 at a time. Rember to press a thumb indentation in the middle of the burgers to keep them flat. So much better quality than Foreman grill. Try it, you'll like it!!!

Having researched reviews for electric grills this is the one I choose and glad I did. It does everything they said it would. Just about zero smoke while using in the kitchen, the flavor on New York strip steaks is just delicious.

I love this indoor grill! The set up, performance %26 clean up is great! The food taste like outdoor grilled food lol. The only con, is that it smokes a lot when on sear. I had to open my windows %26 doors. Otherwise, it's amazing %26 I'd recommend!

I am very happy with my smokeless grill. It has cooked burgers perfectly and I use it to make toast too. Cleaning is not bad but I do have to take it all apart to wash after cooking burgers. So ease of cleaning is less than hoped for but overall I would recommend. Solid small appliance.

This is the only indoor grill I have found that the grid is the heating element. Breaks down for easy clean up. My only complaint is it could be a little wider, you can get 6 hamburgers on it. The grill produces very little smoke and closing the lid stops splatter and reduces any smoke it does make. I have COPD and can't grill on outside grills anymore, this was a great alternative.

We are Urbanites living in the middle of San Francisco in an apartment building and have always missed BBQ. This device rocks! It grills nicely, the fish, veggies and beef all have fab seared markings and smell BBQ- I've already had 2 friends order because of my Foodie Self loving this easy to clean super BBQ on the counter device! YAY

I've only used this one time so far. I wanted to be able to grill indoors, so took a chance on this one. I like the lid to keep any grease spatter contained and the viewing glass. It's easy to take apart and clean. The grill takes a little more time to clean because of the nooks and crannies. It does brown it where the meat touches the grill. I did marinate the meat, so will try it with just seasoning next time. There was very little smoke while it was grilling.

I can't say enough about this product-I wanted a grill for that wonderful flavor but I live in an apartment and did not want to have to transport a grill up and down stairs. I purchased a large George Foreman grill (and returned it). I was not happy with the food flavor (no different than cooking something in a skillet) and it tripped my circuit breaker each time I used it, plus it was difficult to clean. This one is PERFECT! The grill itself, having the "open grate", makes all the difference--it provides spectacular grilled flavor. There is a small section on the right that is not open to the bottom and you can place veggies on it so they don't fall through. It is a SNAP to clean-everything comes apart so quickly and easily. I love how it has the dual temperature controls: low to high OR oven-like temperature controls and it preheats quickly. I have used it almost every day since I purchased it. I could not be more pleased! Don't waste money on the other kinds-if you want grilled flavor on an indoor, portable grill, this is your solution.
