larger belt than expected. I'm 5'8 with a long stride so typically need 44" of belt- however this one works by design! it's incredibly lightweight compared to other Walking pads I've owned that felt like anchors. it folds up flat and doesn't require any manual effort of undoing screws etc to do that. the handle comes to your waist if you're tall - just enough to hold onto if need. This machine surpasses my Sunny health treadmill that was $400. pretty sure it was made in the same place- for much lower cost.

Very narrow belt, really wish I had of ordered one if I had of known with a handle, that was my fault though being this is the first walking pad I have owned. I have to concentrate down to make sure I'm staying on the belt cause it can be dangerous! If getting this walking pad make sure that your balance is good! On another note it's extremely heavy so you might wanna let it remain in the spot where it's gonna reside cause it's heavier than expected! Also there are legs to flip down to make it incline!

The bar doesn't raise like the one in the picture, that's very misleading. The bar height is to my lower abdomen, I'm 5'5” .

The pad is too narrow. I have neck/back issues and I thought this would be a great way to supplement my walks on rainy days but I have to constantly look down to be sure my feet are on the pad.

Not wide enough Barely long enough for people 5'7 or taller. You are constantly in a state of awareness and anxiety because you may veer a little off to thr right or left with your step which can be a trip hazard. You also can't get a full leg stride. It will mess with your hips. So you don't enjoy the walk like you should be able to. Suitable maybe for dogs and people who are 5'5 or shorter and who weigh less than 160lbs. Very disappointing investment.

Purchased in January, worked ok for a few months. About a month ago started having issues. I thought it had a warranty because of the item description. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer and have not had a response. Walmart can't do anything because it's outside the return period, so they directed me to my bank. Doubt I'll get any response or replacement at this point.
