Exactly what I needed

I didn't know such a product exists and now i think it is the coolest invention. And works well too! This is simply a stretch silicon lid (like the ones you would put over your salad bowl before putting it in the fridge), but it is meant for paint cans. It has a spout for easy pouring and event a tab that you can use to close the spout. It snaps easily and stays on. Your paint job will be much less messy!

Does the job, it can be a bit tricky to make sure it is fully on. Hard to clean out.

The Linzer Pro Edge 1 gallon paint can lid overall is nice in terms that it is a lot easier to pour paint and it be less messy overall. However, I didn't have a ton of confidence with the lid staying on the rim of the can by itself with a full gallon of paint so I put some painters tape around it to give it some extra security and me piece of mind that the lid wouldn't come off when pouring the paint out through the spout. I like the features of this lid in that it has a vent hole that snaps in and easily comes out to prevent a vacuum when pouring and also has a lift tab in the center area where you can help pull it off if you prefer that instead of pulling it off from the sides. It went on my metal paint can without issues and seemed to pop on it pretty good, but haven't tried it on plastic paint cans and cannot vouch for that. Overall though I'm pleased and makes pouring paint easier and less messy which is what I wanted.

Was a bit challenging to get on properly. Once on the paint can it made pouring a bit easier without the mess as usual. It made it much easier to get the lid back on once done since it keeps the indented ring clean, so re-applying the lid is much easier next time you're going to paint. Removing the dried paint on the silicone is easily peeled off. I would recommend this product.

Does not fit on a gallon of paint. Looked interesting but did not do the job

The first time I used this I got it to go on the can fairly easy. The paint poured slowly from the spout. When I lifted the paint can the paint barely dripped from the spout. It was easy to remove the lid. I didn't wash the paint off and left the lid outside for 2 days. Today when I went to use it again there was wet paint built up inside the spout. What was dry along the inside was so easy to peel right off. I noticed that I forgot to pull the tab up in the middle before pouring the paint the last time I used it. The problem that I had was putting the lid back on the paint can. It would not go back on for nothing. I even tried holding down one side while my daughter pulled it on the other. No luck. So I'm not sure I'd recommend this lid if I can't even get it to go back on.
