I like the ease. Just take 2 capsules every morning and you are set. I know there are many companies out there offering to be the best for this problem, but just try one as it does the very same thing for such a lower price! Believe me when I say it is so worth the price!
This is a great product and helps me with my health. I used to go to the batroom 4 to 5 times a night. Now it is down to twice a night and I've even increased my water intake prior to bedtime. Highly recommend this .
I am old and it was hard for me to open. But I am glad as it might be hard for someone who might be up to no good to openl

Good for my overall digestive and woman's health.
So easy to use and exactly what I needed.
I use it because the Mounjaro causes yeast buildup and causes a rash under my breast. This helps to keep it under control, but it takes the highest amount of acidophilus to help keep it under control.
This is my first time buying this product. I was comparing it to my current product and was surprised that it not only met but exceeded the content quality standards. The added bonus was the much more reasonable cost. I have been taking it now for several weeks and am more than pleased with its effectiveness and quality.
I have only been using this a couple of weeks now but I do know that it doesn't ferment and it doesn't help with lactose intolerance. I don't suffer with constipation or bloating. I thought it was just a good idea to increase the good bacteria in my stomach and I thought it would help with vaginal odor. Either it's too early to tell or it doesn't work as it was promoted. Unfortunately I still have unimaginable gas.
