This product works, even under the toenails. You do need to be consistent with using it though. In order for it to work under the toenails, you have to try to wiggle the brush down under just a little bit. It takes some time for under-nail fungus, but you can see and feel an immediate difference around the nail bed, and on any skin, this includes between the toes. Out of a number of things i've tried, this one is the better of the less expensive products. I recommend keeping a routine of it morning and night, even once you think the fungus is gone, mainly to prevent any recurring problems. After a few months, it might be safe to stop using, but i've only been using it a few weeks now.

I wasn't sure if a topical application would do the trick but I was pleasantly surprised. I noticed a difference in the first week of application. It was very easy to apply and dried quickly. There was no strong smell to the solution. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

If used properly, you will definitely see a difference by the end of the week!! it has improved my toenails so much!! But consistency is definitely important!

Product Info on Walmart website is out of date. Unlike product shown, shipped product no longer claims to be fastest drying and non greasy. Photo on website indicates once daily application but product received instructs to use twice daily. Fast dry time and single application per day were the reasons I purchased it over the alternatives.

I have never been able to find out why my fingernails and toenails are brittle or hard and always break so when I saw this I said try it.....I'm still using it but have seen NO positive results. Maybe you will do better.

I purchased this as a toenail treatment, the box has a picture of a toenail being treated, however the directions say not for nail use. Very deceptive..
