Love this knife. It is a bit intense looking, but is fantastic for hard and semi-hard cheeses. I do wish it came with a blade sleeve, because it is an intense knife. ButvI made my own with some spare thin cardboard and tape. Overall would recommend buying!

This cheese knife is a great buy. Super sharp and does what it should. Not always a smooth cut with the thicker serrated blade, but is sturdy and formidable. It's enjoyable to use.

Like the heft and feel of knife but handle needs to be bigger around for a better grip. Blade was/is sharp but I expected it to be Very Sharp which it is Not!

This knife works OK, but could definitely be higher quality. The blade is flimsy and bends somewhat when you cut cheese with it. I wish I had spent more money to get something better.
