ProFlora Decorative Birch Logs 16" Pack of 3

These were perfect and exactly what I needed. What I really liked is that they had zero moisture to them. They were completely dry, which eliminates any concern for bacteria or mold. They were packaged well and arrived exactly as described. I'm really pleased with them

I needed a set of logs to keep in my fireplace for when I'm not earning logs and these were just right. The size and quality were just as described. They look great in my fireplace and are a fraction of the price of anywhere else. I've seen Birch logs

Added these to my other birtch logs. They were smaller in circumstance so it was a good addition to my bigger logs.

The birch is very pretty, packaging doesn't exist so a lot of the pretty bark was scraped off. I would hardly call these “logs.” They were at best branches. It took 10 3-log packages to fill my holder. I was counting on having to use half that much. One log was maybe an inch in diameter.We needed something to offset a builder “oops” because they didn't center our firebox. We have an electric log kit with birch.!

Logs are very small for the price. Too expensive. Cut firewood is a better choice fo half the price.

Should have been 3"-4" in diameter. Not logs but more like branches--only 1 1/2"-2 1/2 " in diameter. Look like birch though which is what I wanted. Nice color, but still disappointed. Still kept them.

I was told these had a diameter of 3-5 inches. I ordered them online and will return them because their diameter is 1.5 inches. I would need 5 bunches of these to decorate my fireplace.

Driver did not communicate with me that item wasn't available. I tried reaching out but no response from him. They put my groceries in the wrong place. Evidently he didn't check his notes. Service has been bad the last few times. I am handicapped and this would be a blessing for me but it's not. I do not want the item now. I probably want continue with Walmart. I need a reliable and professional service.

I had high hopes for these (I purchased two packs), but they fell short in several ways. The biggest issue is the size. The photos in the description make these look like substantial decorative birch logs, but what arrived was much closer to a bundle of sticks. Each piece is only about 1.5" in diameter, which is smaller than the images suggest. If you're expecting something that looks like actual fireplace logs, these won't come close. Also, the product description says they're tied together with a jute cord. Instead, mine showed up cinched with a plain plastic zip‑ties which may damage the bark of the sticks. Finally, they're a little shabby. Actually, since these are sticks, I don't know if this criticism is really significant. Overall, these don't match the listing and aren't worth the price.
