Nice little smore maker. Takes a while for the marshmallows to roast but it's flameless so I expected that. Very easy to set up and clean. Comes with 2 roasting sticks. Very convenient for us because we can have smores as after dinner treat right at the table.

It's great, it works wonderfully, it heats up very well, it exceeded my expectations, I recommend it without hesitation.

I bought this as a birthday gift to myself. I'm always looking for something fun. That'll get the teenagers interested in spending time with their mom. In this case, it was a pretty good hit. It does take a little while to heat up. It is not as good as roasting marshmallows over a fire. But it's a lot simpler and it's a lot easier to use on a weekly basis to be able to bribe the kids to spend a little time and tell me about their week. I thoroughly enjoy it and I absolutely recommended as a way to get the family together and spend a few minutes while you roast those marshmallows talking. I did purchase the deluxe and I'm glad I did. There's a three of us to use it regularly and it's a little tight even to do three at once so I would spend the extra money and get the deluxe size versus the small smaller unless you're single person household.

Haven't opened this because it is a gift for my sister but box was shipping in original packaging which was kind of out of the norm , it's something to be aware of especially if you are purchasing as a gift.

I didn't like your the delivery man literally THREW it out of his truck at the end of my driveway and then drove off.

When unboxing, we found that the trays do NOT fit around the base of the burner at all. It is too small, and the burner needs to be set off the side. I would have sent it back for replacement, but my grandson wouldn't hear of it. He loved it, even with its imperfections. I purchased the white one, but the trays do not fit around the base as shown or described.

This item is very small and simple to use with adults not for children to use even with adult supervision. Takes a while to heat. Has a terrible smell bad when in use. It's convenient to use, but hard to clean. Not safe for children to use without adult supervision for safety reasons.

They do not send you what you ordered ! I order The one with 4 roasting forks and they sent one the was made for just 2!! Would appreciate them to send me the correct item that was paid for.
