Disappointed

Dennis November 19, 2024

After the exercise bike was delivered and assembled, it was discovered that the exercise bike does not work. Since I had no success in contacting the manufacturer, I called Walmart Customer Service and initiated a return of the product and credit for all elements of my order. At this point, I am awaiting Walmart Freight to pickup the exercise bike.

Recumbent bike

SYLVIA January 3, 2025

Seat is not adjustable to my leg. I strained my upper thighs because of that. Missing a screw. Technician stated that we can buy the extra screw at our hardware store. The handle to adjust. The seat is very difficult to handle and I can never get the right setting to pedal.

Never allow Walmart to contract "ANGI"

Johnathan December 3, 2025

The Bike itself is a good product. My negative issue is with Walmart's use of "Angi" to assemble the bike. Angi contracted 2 local handymen to come to my house and assemble the bike. Only 1 showed. He asked that we contact Angi and note that only he showed so that he could bill Angi for a 1 man job. We did so immediately. He then assembled the bike with the seat on BACKWARDS (facing away from the pedals). After my wife pointed to the issue he proceded to remove the seat. In the process he STRIPPED THE BOLTS that hold the seat to the bike. He told my wife that he could fix it but would need tools he did not have and would return the next day. He never returned (good I would have never agreed to his patchwork fix of my brand new bike). After contacting Angi via 4 seperate emails back and forth where I provided all documnts, photos, and a video of the damaged and unusable bike, Angi customer service suggested "I contact the manufacturer for replacement parts". Finally I contacted Walmart customer service and promptly received pick up service for the useless (maybe it can be a refurb) bike and a full refund FROM WALMART.

Electronic problems with recumbent Exercycle

anonymous August 26, 2025

Immediately, upon first use, there were problems. Mechanically, the bike works ok. Electronically, it doesn't work properly. The manufacturer was contacted on the first day and after several hours of phone communications and my attempts to make directed adjustments/repairs, the manufacturer's phone-support-tech ordered repair parts and has contacted a Local company to send a technician to repair what appears to be the bad part — a bad sensor. It looks like the manufacturer will send a repair person, and not just shipping me the part(s) and expect me to make the necessary repairs. It will be about 2 weeks before the repairs will be attempted/made. The manufacturer's response has been good, once I got through to the right support tech. I like the product and am looking forward to using it every day, once the console works properly.

Assembly nightmare!

Jeanne April 20, 2026

Assembly of this bike was a nightmare. The pedals are supposed to be screwed on with an "enclosed wrench" which was not enclosed. Using a regular wrench scratched up the paint on the pedals. The screws meant to attach the console could NOT be screwed in with a manual screwdriver. Even my power screwdriver just stripped the screws. Either the holes should have been bigger or the screws should have been smaller. It is a two-person job, which was not disclosed to me before purchasing. ProForm's "support" is nonexistent. E-mails are not returned, and the "Chat with an expert" is just a bot giving textbook replies. I can't return it because I can't disassemble and lift it into my car. The bike works okay once assembled, but there is only a manual setting or you pay for the app. My old Schwinn had a bunch of preprogrammed workouts that I didn't have to control every step of the way and that didn't require an app. I wish I had purchased another Schwinn. I would NOT recommend this bike.

Ill-fitting parts

anonymous April 22, 2025

Came with the wrong size bolts for the console. Phone support denies that this is possible and wants to get on a video call to demonstrate. I recommend selecting another brand.
