I just received my ProsourceFit Soft Medicine Balls with Color-Coded Weights. I received the Red ball which is a 6 lb Medicine Ball. ProsourceFit Soft Medicine Balls with Color-Coded Weights are Red is 6 lbs, green is 10 lbs, blue is 14 lbs and black is 20 lbs. The stitching on the ProsourceFit Soft Medicine Ball is quality work. The sift surface makes it really comfortable to hold when doing exercises. The soft medicine balls into your regular exercise routine during twists, sit-ups, lunges and squats to strengthen your core which makes the ProsourceFit Soft Medicine Balls with Color-Coded Weights ideal. I started to use my ProsourceFit Soft Medicine Balls with Color-Coded Weights the day it arrived. The ProsourceFit Soft Medicine Balls with Color-Coded Weights are gym quality and will last for many years to come. I do recommend the ProsourceFit Soft Medicine Balls with Color-Coded Weights.
This medicine ball is well made, you will realize it right away. We got the 6 pounds ball which is color coded in red. The double stitches are tight and the ball is somehow soft, not hard and it won't bounce. I tested it while doing squats and although I wish I got a heavier one, it was easy to hold as I was squatting up and down. Very happy with the quality!
I really enjoy this medicine ball. It's very well made. The stitching is nice and tight and it's very easy to wipe down and clean. I like doing squats with it, the size is just perfect for what's works for me! The size of it is perfect to do leg lifts with!
The ProSource medicine ball I purchased is exceptional in every aspect. It is well-made, esthetically constructed, pleasingly soft, weighted for functional workout. It is a piece of equipment that I expect to last for a very long time. I really like this quality piece of equipment.
I recently received the ProsourceFit Soft medicine Ball from Walmart as part of their Sparkreviewer program. The product was packaged inside a shipping box and arrived without damage. The ball I received weighed 6lbs (2.7kg) and was a predominantly bright red with black on the front and white labeling. The ball is made of something called PU leather and is said to be water resistant. It is approximately 14 inches in diameter which, was larger than I thought it was going to be. I didn't find this to be a problem though. The ball is soft and nicely padded. The seams of the ball are supposed to be double stitched for strength. I have very little experience using a soft medicine ball but I've seen people using them at the gym before. Not having much experience, I wasn't sure which exercises were best to use the ball for. Fortunately for me, my daughter and son in law do Crossfit and they offered some suggestions. Also, while the ProsourceFit website didn't offer much in the way of instruction, a quick google search will provide tons of information and videos for beginners up to pros. I started with a few reps each of some simple exercises (overhead thrusts, torso twists, etc.) just to get the feel of it. I was thinking it would be easy because the ball was so light, but after several reps, that 6lb ball starts to feel a lot heavier, lol. What I was most surprised about was how sore my abs felt the next day. While I didn't feel that I was doing much of a workout, apparently I was. I haven't had it very long but I have been using it every other for about 15 to 20 minutes so far and I find that I like it. I'm still exploring beginner medicine ball exercises but hope to advance over time and there are certainly many different exercises to choose from. I can honestly say that I like this product very much and would recommend it to others.
ProsourceFit Soft Medicine Balls with Color-Coded Weights in 6lbs has really added to my home workout routine. I love the detailing of this Soft Medicine Ball and the color is so vibrant. I have used it to do sit-ups, side to side waist turns, push ups, sumo squats, etc. Because the Prosourcefit Medicine Ball is round and soft with fabric handles it is easy to use. The added weight ramps up my workout and I feel it helps me burn more calories.
This is great but it's a little bigger than I expected. Great quality though. It seems like it will hold up well. Keeps it's shape throughout the rough use, not slippery at all for me but then again I don't sweat that much. Overall it's a great addition to your workout.
