Great ball for a total body workout. It's a bit larger than the one at my gym, so the weight distribution feels lighter. But it gives the same effect to the workout. It has a good feel to it. Great product. I ordered this ball from 2 other places only to have my order canceled. I was surprised to find it on the Walmart website. I never thought to look at Walmart for workout equipment. Walmart came through! I'm very impressed and will shop Walmart for workout equipment in the future.

I like this exercise ball. I have another that has more grip, so I thought I'd try a smoother one. Just my personal preference - next ball I get will have more grip. But overall this a quality ball, and does its job.

Great product. Good Quality. Been using it for over a month now. Like it so much I purchased several others in different weights. Great for indoor or outdoor use. I purchased this item for the outdoor gym, Fun in the Sun! I recommend using a piece of cardboard or workout mat to protect from punctures when placing or dropping/slamming it on the ground.

Not your standard slam ball, this one makes you work. Filled with sand, you get a core workout and a cardio workout at the same time

I was surprised that on my last purchase through Walmart the truck driver was paid a tip with MY MONEY. Yes my online purchase was delivered to me but a tip for the truck driver without my approval? Who is using my money to give unauthorized tips?

It's a good medicine ball, has enough give but doesn't feel like it'll break open if you use it hard. No weird smells or residue on it like some other workout equipment.

Love it, love it, love it. I can also do simple arm workouts with it instead of traditional weights. I felt it work on my stubborn abs and upper legs as well.

Best value for this 15lb medicine ball. Perfect for intense training. Great quality.

I did not like how smooth the surface was on this slam ball. And the sand shifts around too much. Also, if the ball was a bit smaller I could have grasped it better with by grip.
