It is strong pre work out every time you use it. Of course if you use it more than once each day it wont have the same effect. Best results use it every two days. Strong. Side effects.. trouble sleeping.

I bought this since it was on sale, the flavor is flat compared to other tangy "blue" pre work outs but the mix has all the things i want for such a great price so i will keep buying!

Tastes great if utilize 1 heaping or 2 scoopfulls. Will dry out if you don't leave the thingie in it or use it up fast enough but still functions. Best to take this in the morning or at latest with you lunch

Doesn't taste that good and there's literally no difference in this and a %26.60 KCUP of coffee with regards to caffeine.

I've ordered a number of other well-known pre-workout brands from Walmart before and never had an issue, so this was disappointing. The biggest problem is that the caffeine just doesn't seem to hit at all before the gym like a pre-workout is supposed to. Usually you feel that energy boost, focus, or at least some noticeable effect, but with this one it honestly felt like there was almost no caffeine effect whatsoever. I even questioned if I had taken anything. Definitely not satisfied and probably wouldn't buy again. On the positive side, Walmart refunded me instantly without needing a return, which was an unexpected and smooth experience.
