Protege 28" Large Arendale Rolling Spinner Upright Luggage, Black

The style, size and the overall look of the rolling suitcase. It?s for a college student so it must have lots of room and be easy to store. This fits my expectations for everything I want.

I had purchased another suitcase ( same brand at my local walmart which was not worth the money. I already owned a piece of the one I ordered on line and loved it. However my daughter did too so I had to replace it. Great quality and price was lower than in the store.

Purchased this to go on a 20 day trip to Europe. It matched the 24 inch and carry-on bag. It carried what I needed and after bumping around London, Latvia, and Lithuania, still looked new. Since I won't have to purchase more luggage, I'm saving up for my next trip!

Because I had ordered a similar suitcase 3 years ago. By the way my in store experience was extremely poor. The original set-up was much better and things were easily accessible now there are very few things on the shelves. Mens items were scarce, luggage only one type of suitcases were lying, medicines shelves much to be desired

Amazing sturdy love the color. I used it and strapped my daughters car seat to it to walk around the airport. So not only was it holding all of my clothes but also a heavy duty car seat and it rolled so easy without fault around the airport on the concrete. Love it

New case not used yet, but previous case was a Protege 18" and has been on many trips overseas and stood up very well until handle gave out. Original cost me just over $20.00 about 10 years ago ! I was well pleased with original and am hoping for same with new one.

Loved the color and fabric of the suitcase. All the pockets were great. The wheels, however, did not want to spin and would barely roll once there was some weight in the suitcase. Was like pulling a brick through the airport. Would have been a perfect suitcase if it wheeled easily when packed.

nice size luggage but wheels not big enough to support the size and weight of this large size luggage, hard to navigate through the airport. unfortunate because I have the small and medium size.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My order was placed on 02.25.23, I was sent a confirmation that I would receive the luggage on 02.26.23. On 02 27.23I received an email stating the order will arrive later than planned. On 12.28.23, I receive an email %26 text that my order was out of stock, %26 canceled. to me, this was unacceptable customer service. I feel your company should have known you were out of stock before I placed my order. You really put me in a bind, as I needed this luggage by Tuesday 03.07.23

I think the suitcase itself is fine. The issue was that I believe that Walmart sent me a used suitcase. It had a black, tarry substance on the side. It looked worn. Even some of the threads in the seams were worn. I don't have time to return it because I need it this weekend. They offered me a $10 promo code. Great (insert sarcasm), considering I'll probably need to buy a new one within the year.
