Protege 28" Large Arendale Rolling Spinner Upright Luggage, Black

The style, size and the overall look of the rolling suitcase. It?s for a college student so it must have lots of room and be easy to store. This fits my expectations for everything I want.

Because I had ordered a similar suitcase 3 years ago. By the way my in store experience was extremely poor. The original set-up was much better and things were easily accessible now there are very few things on the shelves. Mens items were scarce, luggage only one type of suitcases were lying, medicines shelves much to be desired

This suitcase has a ton of space! I learned that not all carry on suitcases are created equal and when we found this one I actual returned one I had previously purchased off Amazon. My 21 year old daughter was able to fit everything she needed for a 1 week vacation to the beach in this suitcase. I was worried that the wheels would make it too big for airline travel but we had no issues at all. Would buy 4 more of this if we needed them! Highly recommend!

I love this suitcase. It is the perfect size to hold everything I need for a week vacation without being to large or small. Lots of great compartments (even one for wet items) to separate things out and keep them safe during travel. Looks great and seems to be good sturdy quality. I even did a little decorating of it.

New case not used yet, but previous case was a Protege 18" and has been on many trips overseas and stood up very well until handle gave out. Original cost me just over $20.00 about 10 years ago ! I was well pleased with original and am hoping for same with new one.

The price is right for the budget traveler and construction seems about as good as similar, higher-priced luggage - It's not amazingly constructed, but is as good as anything short of perhaps very expensive luggage. It's also quite large, which is fine because nobody ever had too much room in their suitcase! Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to actually try it out yet (I've only had it for a little over a week). Shipping was very slow. Maybe I've just been spoiled by Amazon, but Walmart moves at a snail's pace by comparison. In this case it didn't matter because I knew I wouldn't be using it for a while and price was the priority, but in different circumstances that would've/could've been an issue.

nice size luggage but wheels not big enough to support the size and weight of this large size luggage, hard to navigate through the airport. unfortunate because I have the small and medium size.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My order was placed on 02.25.23, I was sent a confirmation that I would receive the luggage on 02.26.23. On 02 27.23I received an email stating the order will arrive later than planned. On 12.28.23, I receive an email %26 text that my order was out of stock, %26 canceled. to me, this was unacceptable customer service. I feel your company should have known you were out of stock before I placed my order. You really put me in a bind, as I needed this luggage by Tuesday 03.07.23

Bought for Mexico trip (plane change there and plane change back) and it's already damaged. The one corner by the wheel is bent, making the wheel pressed in a little, and the bag doesn't sit even (it leans). You can also see a twist in the whole frame when looking down from the top.

Bought Protege 28' suitcase for overseas trip. The day beforer my trip, I packed the suitcase and tried to stand it up on its wheels. The suitcase fell over on its front lid where the pockets are. When the suitcase is full, the lid sticks out much beyond the wheels and causes an unbalance when attempting to stand it up on its wheels. Therefore the suitcase toples over on its top. Did not have time to go look for another suitcase. Proceeded with my trip early the next morning. I was happy and excited for my trip. Unfortunately it turned into a fiasco. Struggled to keep the suitcase upright. It kept pulling me down. At the airport I had to pay extrta for porters to help me take it to the airline check in counter. This is already causing me a lot of stress. At the end of the flight, I removed the suitcase from the turntable at the airport and attempted to stand it up on its wheels only to be pulled forward and unto the floor of the luggage area. Several cotravelers came to assist me. Thank God I was OK.....just some bruising. Again I had to pay a porter to assist me in order to get the suitcase to the passenger pick up area. My trip is already on a rocky start. On the trip back, I discarded all my toiletries, socks and a pair of shoes in order to decrease the volume and weight of the contents in the suitcase and make it more manageable. To no avail. Still had to pay porters to help me in and out of the airport. Totally unacceptable. Doesn't the company test the suitcase with a full load inside to assure its performance when full? Why put a product on the market that does not perform as claimed?
