Master Lock TSA Approved 3 Dial Combination Resettable Luggage Lock, Color Variety, 2 Pack, Combination Lock

Ordered 2 packages of 3 black locks per package = 6 locks total and uniformed. Received 6 individual packages of different colored locks - not what I ordered. Although Master Lock is generally superior in quality, the shackle is more flexible and longer than most locks. This makes the lock not as "tight %26 secure" with the luggage rings or tabs. Resisting movement of the lock attached to the luggage rings or tabs, keeps both items intact more securely. The description: "Flexible braided steel shackle resists handling abuse." However, the longer the shackle, the more it is loose, and the more it can get caught on something, pulled from the luggage, or caught and the luggage rings are broken, thus ineffective. I have not utilized the locks as of yet; will be traveling soon and will see how they hold up "in traffic" so to speak. I still am displeased with the multi colors I did not order. Attempting to exchange them was a lost cause. Apparently, the package of 3 is out of stock (which was not indicated upon ordering), and someone thought these items were an adequate substitution - for me. A BETTER process would be a quick email (reaching out to the buyer) indicating "out of stock" and what might be substituted in its place. Then, the buyer could confirm or cancel the order. This might reduce returns or dissatisfied customers. A short delay in delivery to receive what was desired in the first place, or one's own choice to continue with the order, would probably be acceptable by most people. Just a thought!

I'm sure these will do the job but I ordered 2 blue locks to match my luggage. I received a red lock and a silver one. Disappointing to not receive exactly what I ordered.

Got the job done but cheaply made.

I thought I ordered 4 black locks. 2 were out of stock so we only got 2. One was red and the other was a bright blue. It's fine but not what I thought.

The combination for the lock was very hard to put in and to maintain. I ordered only one lock and received two locks without my approval . Same for the luggage tags that I ordered. I had to return both locks and both luggage tags

Ordered navy locks and they arrived directly from Walmart a week later with dirty used silver.

Never was able to reset the code. The middle roller of numbers would stick, and even though I thought I reset the number I could never relock the lock. Gave up and returned.

It worked perfectly when I packed for my flight. I tested it several times. However, when I arrived at my destination hotel, it would not open. I had to have someone from maintenance literally cut the lock off and I had to fly home with unlocked luggage.

One of the worst designed products I've ever had the misfortune of wasting my money on. First of all, it's so difficult to tell where to actually place the numbers to unlock it. Then the button to set your combination is so small and hard to press you need a pen to hold it down while you set the combo. The button also gets stuck easily. What happened with me was it became unstuck randomly and now I have no idea what the combination is. it's also extremely hard to open when the combination was at the default. Very stupidly designed lock

I received two locks one works fine the other one won't open at all. I'm returning both %26 purchasing a totally different lock made by a different manufacturer.
