Really nice product

Micro7 September 30, 2023

Nice. Feels lightweight but sturdy. Flew Southwest over and back and survived with no problems. Actually you can get a lot in it. The TSA locks work fine, you just need to be delicate with it and follow instructions carefully 😍love this.

Great value!

Taylor January 2, 2026

Has held up for a trip so far. A few scuffs but nothing is broken or cracked. My daughter has even jumped on it so hopefully the durability stays consistent. Rolls great, don't tip over when loaded up and the TSA locks are wonderful. I got so many compliments on the color also! Great value!

Absolutely perfect — lightweight with lots of room, I love the zip compartments! It was able to stay upright and withstand the bumps and uneven sidewalks of NYC. It's not the easiest, at least for me, to push it when it's on all 4 wheels even on flat surfaces. Because it is excellent being pulled on 2 wheels, I am still giving this five stars. Other bags I've had flip and “turtle” (get stuck on its back) especially when you're running to catch your train or plane. Unfortunately, I had to test this due to delays and it absolutely passed! I 100000% recommend this bag!

The best with all the features and so durable

koolmom247 December 17, 2025

This suitcase has every feature I need - TSA approved self locking combo on the suitcase; expandable; inside waterproof zippered pocket; separate zippered pocket along the inside; excellent wheel maneuverability; correct size for most airlines; not too heavy at 11.2 lbs; excellent shade of purple. I actually bought this almost 10 years ago and used it EVERYWHERE I went - it got thrown around, etc. but was so durable. Finally, on my last trip when the suitcase got stuck in the luggage carousel, and I could see the machine pulling at the wheel, the wheel buckled a bit. So I knew exactly which suitcase I wanted to get to replace that - yes, you guessed it, the exact same one!

Bana- should have gotten, this 5 years ago

Anonymous February 27, 2026

Bana- This worked out great. I have a go bag, for me (72) when my husband has to go the ER or has to have surgery. where I'm waiting for hours. He has medical issues. I use a cane, so I can't carry a lot of things. like a shopping bag and a handbag at the same time. I got a cheap shopping tote (canvas with wheels) which kind of work. but found I was leaning over to use it. (handle to short). got another expandable, but it would fall over when full and I was dragging it. or holding it up. I broke down and got this. which I should have done in the first place. If you haven't been to a big city ER, you are lucky. first everyone walking in, has to go thru a security check, to get into ER. then you could be there for hours or even days waiting for a bed to open up. I don't move every will, so I try not to leave. sometimes he's condition is so bad I don't want to. here is what i discovered. over the last 5 years. I need to keep in my bag: charging supplies for everything I bring; 2 phones, kindle, headphones, power strip long corded, hygiene supplies, snack for three days, condiments, water, camping pillow and battier pump, small blanket. all in clear bags so security can check them when enter. money for vending machines and parking thou some take credit cards, books, paper pen. my purse. all ended up in this bag. the day after I received this. his defibrator went off at 11:00 pm. this bag worked out so well, I just lay it flat on the security's table. unzipped it. security look at each clear bag, neatly laying in the case let me thru. even faster, not like the tote, they had to remove each bag. pretty bad the that we have to do this cautionary procedure for our safety. this bag really made it easy for me. so much room. I was able to put my coat on the handle, like a hanger. Please remember pack a few extra cables and snacks to share. very few people think able them when thier loved ones in need.

We ordered 3 of these carry ons. They are true to size 20 x 13 x 9, which is within the new 2025 guidelines for Delta's international travel. These are lightweight, the shell is hard, sturdy, good quality. The spinner wheels are good. There is a zippered separator between the two sides, which is also good quality. The TSA locks are easy to use. These made it Spain and back with no damage, very durable. The only con is only one color, but it's a dark purple not bright at all. Overall I was pleasantly surprised.

Great suitcase

anonymous March 29, 2025

Great size but just a little bit too big for the plane. I thought it would fit but because of how the wheels stick out it was an inch too big. I was on southwest and the plane was full usually you could get by but not this time. It's still a great suitcase though.

Maneuvers very well

Janice December 20, 2025

Perfect size for maneuvering thru crowded airports. Even tho the bag is compact the inside packs very well with double compartments

Wheels stopped working on 1st use

jandjm May 30, 2026

The wheels stopped working after the very first trip. they get stucked when you're trying to roll it through the airports and so it's not rolling smoothly anymore. Very disappointing because it was expensive and the wheels stopped working after just one trip. I wish I could get my money back or a replacement!
