Really, really hydrated and a great pick me up when working out or at job that requires a lot of movement or lifting. Unlike many protein drinks it doesn't leave you thirsty or bloated. Price wise, it can add up so I split a bottle with 1/2 water over 2 days.

I love these protein waters and I personally can't stand flavored waters. These I started drinking about 6 and half years ago for weight loss and I'm still drinking them today. I highly recommend them and they come in alot of different flavors, that I like. I only wish they sold more flavors in 4 pks because they are quite expensive in the 12 pks.

These drinks have been a literal life saver while I had diverticulitis and stomach surgery. The flavor is amazing and the protein and nutrients in a drink the consistency of water helped me keep some nutrition and hydration going for the 6 months I was unable to eat real food.

this drink has the best taste ever.no joke it's so great.im not a fan of the price but the taste is so great that I have to buy.most protein drinks don't taste good but this does.its amazing

This is a great way to get protein anytime . Much better than chalky protein shakes. The orange isn't my favorite flavor … I much prefer strawberry watermelon? .. I think they have cotton candy flavor , I would love to try but I only saw it available in a much larger pack . I would definitely recommend any of these flavors especially if you need to get protein into your diet

If you need a clear protein, like for prep for a medical test or surgery, this is a good choice. The taste is pleasant. The texture is liquid, yet somehow sticks to your tongue. If you drank protein shakes back in the 1980s, you'll know exactly what i mean. Lol.

Not perfect but nice. It's not chalky at all and has a nice flavor but something tastes a little "off". It's just different tasting. I think its the stevia as Im not used to that.

When first tasted it I loved the flavor, but it leaves a chalky feeling in your mouth. I've had alot of different protein shakes. This was the first time I tried a water. I'll stick with the shakes. I'm sorry I didn't care for this at all. I had the orange mango flavor. I didn't taste any mango but the orange is a good flavor. I really wanted to like this.
