I love this product. One of my friends told me to try it since I was having pain on my neck. Ever since I started to massage my neck the Pain has subsided. I totally recommend this product. It has been a game changer for me. I workout on a daily basis …. After each workout I follow the instructional videos on instagram to help release the muscle tightness. It's so good, that my local gym has several of them for members to use.

This product is an absolute game changer for me and others I know. I've struggled with a variety of tension and soreness issues from years of training and triathlons. There's truly no better, simpler way to release the psoas muscle, which is a critical muscle that's really difficult to reach and release. I'm impressed by the quality of the device and the information and guidance available from PsoRite. Definitely a fan of the product and the brand!

Great product much cheaper than other options and works great!

I love this thing. I went to my chiropractor many times with pain in my hips while I walk and run. He recommended I try this and work on my psoas muscle, which I'd never heard of. I use this 3 times a week and my pain has gone away. I bought a second one and leave it in my office to work on my neck and back when I'm feeling tight from siting by my computer all day. I've had these for a couple months now, and no issues in terms of quality. I'd recommend this to family and friends.

I workout 4-6 times a week depending on my routine and often have sore muscles. Didn't think this would help but used it on my lower back and tried the leg example and it worked great. Very good product and really especially helped with sore spots on back and leg. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.

The PSO-Rite is a great tool and was instrumental in improving my back pain. I spent almost a year struggling from back pain and never realized my tight hips were contributing. The PSO-Rite helped relieve the psoas muscle, which I never realized was a large part of my back pain. So happy to have found the PSO-Rite.

Although this tool didn't work for me personally I Gavin it four stars because it allows you to return it after Three Months if it doesn't work.

An expensive piece of plastic that is way overpriced for what it does. It is hard and uncomfortable and doesn't seem to work all that great. It's hard to get past the discomfort to focus on the massage.
