After having taken pterostilbene fot only a few days my daily - semi daily became more energetic. I live in the mountains in Vermont and take about a mile and a half walk three four times a week and noticed that I actually felt like jogging which I haven't done in a couple years due to a lack of energy and desire. I don't think this is a placebo effect because I wasn't looking for anything to happen. It's been about 1 1/2 weeks I have taken 1 pill AM and 1 pill PM. So far I'm very pleased with that result which was in all honesty a surprise. This review was written by a real customer and not written by a company representative.

I'm in my early 70's, and after the first 2 days of taking this Pterostilbene I have more energy and recover faster from aches and pains from exercise and physical work. This was a very welcome albeit unexpected plus as I purchased this to help my memory and to lower my cholesterol. It's too early to tell about whether or not it helped lower my cholesterol.
