I have always trusted Kleenex brand.

My husband has deployed to Afghanistan. I figured this is the best time to have the surgery (full FESS) on my sinuses I had been putting off so almost a year. First, I had to say goodbye to my husband. That was the saddest day of my life. I've never cried so much or so hard. Puffs moment. I cried for about 2 weeks. Then, last Monday, July 19, I had the surgery on my sinuses. As required by the doctor, I've had to do a saline rinse in my sinuses every two hours. Puff moment. I have to hold the tissues and wipe and wipe some more. I haven't had any problems with chaffing, soreness or flaking tissues. I had to learn my lesson a couple of years ago with another brand name tissue that continually fell apart and just didn't do the job. I'm so relieved Puffs has really saved my nose from additional pain of chaffing and soreness. Thank you so much! (I cannot believe I am writing this. I've just been feeling so badly recovering from surgery when I realized it could be worse. This seems silly, but I am so relieved I purchased Puffs instead.)

My family love Puffs and we use these sized boxes, so love that they are offered. They aren't always available in the stores so it's easier to order them online and have them delivered to our door.

Need a tissue? Then don't use just anything - be kind to your nose. If you have allergies or a cold, you know how quickly some facial tissue can irritate sensitive skin. Puffs is the only brand our family likes because it is stronger and softer than the other name brand. Having options like Vick's, Aloe, or Lotion is nice, but I like it because it doesn't make my poor nose look like Rudolph. They also sell mini-packs for backpacks and purses. Don't have room? Tip: take a few tissues and fold them to fit in a snack bag. Voila! You can stuff them in a pant or shirt pocket and they'll stay clean until you need them.

These facial tissues are just what they promise to be: ultra-soft and strong. We put them to the test when everyone in the family was down with the flu, and they were soft on our noses and strong too. We did buy some of the Puffs with Lotion, but these are excellent. Great product!

Good product, but the box is bigger than it used to be. The box no longer fits my tissue dispenser boxes.

we really like these tissues. we do have a complaint though: when you get down toward the bottom of the box, the last few tissues are folded so it's hard to get them out. It seem obvious that this is done on purpose to make the box appear to have more tissues in it. My question is why be deceptive? If you have to raise your price just do it! Don't play games trying to fool us. Put the darn tissues in the box the right way all the way to the bottom!!!!!!!!! It's amazing the we have to tell you this!!!

My only fault with this is that I ordered the wrong size box. I usually get the longer boxes with the largest amount of tissues in the box that I can get. I have miserable allergies year-round and these small boxes don't last a week. Maybe 3 or 4 days.

This product has changed over the past few years. It rips easily, and the two plies often fall apart. It's also not as soft as it was, and is no longer strong. Perhaps the name should change, or the product restored. It leaves little bits of tissues on my eyes and nose.

I like your product, but why did you change the size?! I have a ceramic holder that use to fit the box. But about a month ago the size changed. I cannot cram the box inside the holder so I have to open up the cardboard container and try to take out the contents carefully and put it inside my ceramic holder. Does not work very well. I'm not going to get rid of my ceramic holder it matches a liquid foamer hand soap dispenser. So I guess I'll just have to buy another brand. Why did you change? M
