This is a great brain supplement. It helps to retore acetylcholine to the brain. I have had so much stress in my life and several surgeries and all the drugs that go along with needing surgery destroys nutrients in the brain. Fogginess, loss of memories, not able to process normal everyday tasks and issues. I have taken other brands in the past , now I am taking this Pure product as the company is known for is high quality.
I have been using this for over 5 years. I've always been satisfied with the quality of their supplements.

This brand is always a great brand to buy. The quality is the best. Mt naturopatg sells this brand. I recently changed my B-Complex to a methylated one and it didn't include choline, which is an essential nutrient, so I bought this to go with my B-Complex
Another great product from a great company. This product does exactly what I need it to do.
There is no flavor, easy to take. I've only been taking it for a week or 2, will know how well it works with my next blood work. Does not upset my stomach, no need to take with food.
