It's amazing how well this DAO enzyme works. Because of it I can eat high histamine foods now. I missed avocados and such for too long before this was recommended to me by my dr.
I didn't realize I could order supplements from Walmart, especially the Pure Encapsulations brand. It's a high quality brand and the DAO enzyme works well to mitigate my histamine symptoms. The shipping was pretty fast too!
I was looking for something to help with my allergy like symptoms. I am reacting to high histamine foods but allergy tests show I'm not actually allergic to them. The DAO enzymes are helping break down the foods and I can eat them without major reactions.

I never received this product. I ordered it and then my order was cancelled with no explanation. Not sure who cancelled it - the shipper, seller, Walmart .... not sure no information was given. I am unable to rate the product since I never received it. This product was recommended to me by a Mast Cell specialist.
