This was very great and helped me really balance out my vitamin and supplement needs would highly recommend anybody wanting to have fish oil EPADHA with them the product is very high-quality although a little on the expense side it's worth it because of the high-quality
I like to take fish oil pills because I don't eat fish as often as I should. I still want the benefits provided from the EPA and DHA, so this is a good alternative. Each softgel contains 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA, which is more than my chosen prenatal, but not as much as some other competitors' stand alone supplements. Like most pills I can't see any immediate effects. However, I didn't notice either a lemon flavor or any fishy flavor going down, though I do occasionally get lemony/fishy burps. They were about the same size as other fish oil softgels I've taken. Would recommend!
These EPA/DHA with Lemon capsules contain a fish oil concentrate supplement that promotes cardiovascular health which have the benefits of promoting cardiovascular health by supporting healthy triglyceride and lipid metabolism, maintaining healthy blood flow, and supporting healthy platelet function. As we age it also helps me with cognitive function: I like they're free from wheat, eggs, tree nuts & peanuts, gluten, artificial colors, flavors & sweeteners, coatings and shellacs, GMOs, and unnecessary binders, fillers & preservatives. Only been on them for a week but know these are going to help!
Husband has been takin g fish oil supplements for many years. They are good for you, but often the taste is not the greatest. Saw this brand and decided to give them a try. Like they are organic and has a bit of lemon flavor. Husband likes them will continue to use.
These Pure Encapsulations EPA and DHA with lemon fish oil capsules are excellent, they have quickly become my favorite and go to fish oil supplement. I like them a lot because there is absolutely no fishy smell, taste nor aftertaste whatsoever. Once you open the bottle you can smell a pleasant almost sweet scent, there is no taste when taking them with a cup of water and they’re fairly easy to swallow, and I have not experienced any kind of aftertaste or other unpleasant side effects. These capsules are ultra pure and made with high quality ingredients I can trust, the fatty acids in this fish oil supplement are derived from anchovies, mackerel and sardines, fish species that are known to have a high fatty acids content. I make it a priority to supplement my diet with this daily DHA/EPA fish oil supplement because the benefits are well known and the average person rarely reaches the weekly recommended amount of fish intake with their diet alone. These capsules have a high potency and just one capsule contains 800mg of highly beneficial EPA/DHA to supplement the daily intake and help support heart health, reduce inflammation and improve mood. I love these easy to take capsules and I definitely highly recommend them to anyone! Great high quality product made by a well known and trusted brand.
Looking at the nutrition label, the fish oil seems to have a high concentration of EPA and DHA relative to its overall fats content. That is very good compared to other fish oils on the market. Most fish oils out there have a very low concentration of Omega-3 fatty acids, which makes them almost completely useless. The pills are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste that I could perceive.
Nice smooth capsules that don't get caught in my throat. They are a bit large, but if you're used to swallowing larger pills then these aren't harder than any others. I always prefer liquid fills as they seem to digest faster. They have lemon added to them, however I do not find that it enhances the product more; they still smell a bit like fish based oils but not pungent.
Pure quality from pure encapsulations. Trust no one else with my health.
I have been taking fish oil for a long time but normally with a different brand. First time trying this brand, I don’t actually taste lemon first of all. But he rest of them are the same to the one I used to take
A really great way to get your fish oil. It contains smaller fish, anchovies, mackerel and sardines, which is recommended for better quality. The fish oil concentrate is 900 mg, pretty standard and the EPA is 300 mg and DHA is 200 mg per serving. The pills, like most fish oil are rather large but not too difficult to swallow. I really like that I don’t get the fishy after taste, or burps with these, but I’m not really picking up a lemon taste either. It’s a quality brand, but I took one star off due to the cost. The mgs are pretty standard compared to other brands so I’m not sure why the cost is so high.
